Dusty's Cottage is a ground floor, 2 bedroom flat that sleeps four people comfortably. It has a well equipped kitchen, a slate surrounded shower and bath in the bathroom, a large living/dining room, two double bedrooms and an enclosed courtyard area. It is perfect for families and is dog friendly. The centre of Lynton is a 5 minute walk and it is only 10 minutes to the spectacular Valley of the rocks. Lynton itself is on the edge of Exmoor and the South West Coast path so it is ideal for walks

This beautiful flat is a 2 minute walk to Lynton's Shops and restaurants, the famous Cliff Railway, a 4 minute walk away. Enjoy a welcome pack provided and a 2pm check in to this luxury home which hosts 2 bedrooms, a new smart tv with Netflix, WIFI and a washing machine/dishwasher for your convenience. Super comfy beds, freshly laundered bedlinen/towels and a great hot shower or bath after a lovely day out. The flat is generously equipped and a perfect base for your holiday close to it all.

Lovely Oare hideaway

A lovely cosy hideaway, with direct access to Exmoor, the Doone Valley and beyond! The cottage has many original features, including a wood-burner and rustic beams - and maintains its character (refurbished in 2020). Parsonage Farm Cottage is completely separate from the main house, with its own garden, incredible views and peace and quiet, with Oare Water running along the bottom of the property. Just a short drive to the lovely villages of Lynton and Lynmouth, & Porlock.

Grooms Cottage is beautifully located at the head of a valley, surrounded by fields and woodland. Situated a 25 minute walk from Exford, a pretty and unspoilt village right in the centre of the Exmoor National Park. The Cottage is light and bright with a vaulted ceiling in the living area and double bedroom. The Kitchen is well equipped and there is also a drying room and doggy shower!. The Old Workshop. A Cosy Exmoor Bolthole.

The old workshop is less than a 10 minute walk from two pubs - one in each direction! There are amazing walks from the doorstep, a favourite being the walk to Lynmouth along the spectacular East Lyn river via the National Trust tearooms at Watersmeet. The perfect place to stop for coffee halfway! We had a lot of fun converting The Old Workshop into a warm, cosy space, using reclaimed wood and upcycling items such as old beer barrels and old pine furniture.
