Wenn der Käse die richtige, cremige Konsistenz gewonnen hat, können Sie sich mit unseren extra langen Gabeln und dem knusprigen Brot aus der "Schürzentasche" wappnen und den gemeinsamen Waldfonduegenuss erleben. Dazu reichen wir gekühlten Weißwein, Glühwein und alkoholfreie Getränke. Ich gehe mit euch mit meinen Ponys von der Weide aus spazieren, sie sind 1,20m bis 1,40m groß und menschenfreundlich. Wir erkunden gemeinsam die Wälder und Felder oder auch gerne die Dörfer der Gemeinde Lemgow. Die Ponys können abwechselnd geführt werden und im Anschluss können wir gerne ein kleines "Picknick" genießen während auch die Ponys ihr wohlverdientes Futter bekommen. Ich kann euch viel über Pony, Land und Leute vermitteln. Neben zwei "normalen" Ponys gibt es auch ein allergikerfreundliches Curlyhorse. Kleine Kinder dürfen auch mal auf einem Pony reiten, dies steht aber nicht im Vordergrund.

We will go for a run/walk/hike through the Rombergpark, one of Dortmund’s most iconic botanical garden. Afterwards I’ll take you up close to the Signal Iduna Park, the stadium of THE Borussia Dortmund. All this, and we will only walk or run about 5 kilometres/3.1 miles. This trail is easy and fun for beginners. When we return, we'll end our time together with local food and coffee if you want.

ENDURO TOUR (difficulty level 3) -35 km -700 m of altitude -30% singletrails Participation requirements: A mountain bike suitable for trails of difficulty level 3 (Singletrail scale) is required. It should be equipped with a full suspension system, wide tires with tread pattern, and well-functioning brakes. Participants must wear at least chest, back, and knee protectors, as well as a helmet. Good bike handling skills and experience on trails of difficulty level 3 (Singletrail scale) are necessary. Participants must carry water independently during the tour. Safety instructions: I am aware that some sections of the tour are in public traffic areas and I must adhere to the road traffic regulations. Participation is at my own risk. We will change perspective and discover this port side town from its waterside view. Sailing on the Alsterlake is one of the coolest and most outdoor things to do in Hamburg. You can take something to eat, a beer or whatever you desire. Do I need to know how to sail? A: No, 90% of previous guests have not been on a sailing boat before. You will learn the basics and also get a chance to take control of the boat. Will we get wet or fall into the water? The boat cannot capsize because of its architecture. Even in strong winds we will be very unlikely to make use of a life-vest. If there is any storm warning by the national agency 24 hours in advance or strong rain the trip will be cancelled. In case of light to medium rain we will set sails anyways. Please bring a waterproof jacket and something warm just in case.

I will be using professional equipment This tour is about more than shooting pictures: our interactions mediated by the camera, the ability "to read" a picture, to understand why it impacts the way it does, all this determines whether a picture survives the test of time - or not. This is why I will be showing & discussing with you the pictures during the shooting, to help you reach even more natural poses.

Jahrhundert bestaunen, welches auf dem Höhepunkt der Hamburger Blütezeit errichtet wurde. Während wir tiefer in die Geschichte der Freien und Hansestadt Hamburg eintauchen, besuchen wir die charmante historische Deichstraße und erfahren, wie der Große Brand die Altstadt verwüstete und so versehentlich den Weg für eins der Hamburger Wahrzeichen schlechthin legte: die “Kontorhäuser”. Nachdem wir einen Blick auf die finstersten Tage der deutschen Geschichte geworfen haben, gibt es die Möglichkeit, die ehemalige St. Nikolaikirche zu erkunden. Einst eines der schönsten Beispiele neugotischer Architektur in Europa, steht der Turm heute als Denkmal für die Opfer der alliierten Luftangriffe im Zweiten Weltkrieg.
