Cottage with an area of 102 m2 in terraced buildings (4 houses). There will be three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room with kitchenette and fireplace, and a terrace and garden. The beach with a platform for the exclusive use of the inhabitants of the settlement and guests is located approx. 90 m from the door of the cottage.

Our wooden cottage is designed in a modern and functional way. We tried to blend perfectly into the surroundings and not disturb the nature that surrounds us here. Our little village, it didn't surrender to time, everything is as it used to be. There is no shop or restaurant, no tourists, only quiet and nature. Relax in nature. Tiny house. Great for couples, although it can accommodate more people (Max 4). Modern and fully equipped. Living room with kitchenette and mezzanine, bathroom with toilet. Exit to the patio overlooking the lake.PRYWATNA BEACH and MOLO- for guests only😊 We have a 5-minute drive to the nearest store with essentials. We're so close to Mazur's restaurant. The closest city with full infrastructure is Biskpiec 13 km , 2 min by car.

The house is over 100 years old, squeaks , buzzes, and makes sounds . The location behind the village, in the middle of the fields and meadows, in the wilderness, "behind " a private forest, the second building is constantly inhabited. A few minutes walk ( across the road ) to the Ramucka Forest. The place is quiet, but you can hear tractors during the harvest. It's idyllic. The house is not suitable for infants.
