My House is 5 minutes away from Saint-Pardon of Vayres "harbour", famous French spot for tidal bore surfing. It is less than 25 minutes away from Bordeaux tramway and Saint-Emilion

Charming 70m2 self-catering apartment on the 1st floor of an 1880 house. Located 30 km from Bordeaux, (about 20 minutes from Bordeaux Lac) and 27 km from Saint-Emilion, you can easily visit the castles, make the wine route, stroll the streets of Bordeaux, or taste oysters in Arcachon. In the large garden of the owners, enjoy a pleasant independent studio, with its private terrace and independent entrance. Parking in front of the house. Fully fenced house, the owners have 3 dogs, they gladly accept yours (5 euros surcharge). Please let them know when you book. Chickens, rabbit, too... If your dog is likely to attack them please leave him on a leash or with a lanyard. Ping-pong table available.
