Hiking trails are available right in front of the house Walks in the snow and the cozy warmth in the cottage ensure relaxation & coziness. In summer, the swimming lake with beach invites you to swim & water sports. There is no direct lake view (trees in front), but the wonderful viewpoint 'To the beautiful view' can be reached in two minutes (100m), where you can watch the stars undisturbed at night.

A bright, individually decorated apartment with its own entrance and garden use, double bed, seating area and table awaits you. Quiet and central location. There is a kitchenette with fridge and coffee machine, coffee, tea. In the bathroom you will find towels and hairdryers. Electric blinds in front of the windows. WiFi available. The house offers on approx. 36 sqm space for two people. Due to the open living concept you have a fabulous view of nature from everywhere, only the bathroom with shower and toilet is separated with a door. From the living room you enter the terrace. Rursee, Hohe Venn and the beautiful Monschau are just a stone's throw away.

It's easy to get to the city by car (15-20 minutes), turning to the other direction it’s a short way to Eifel, Hohes Venn and Monschau. Check-in from 3.00 p.m. Check-out by 12.00 noon (Early Check-in and late check-out may be possible by appointment, depending on connecting bookings.)

Beautiful 2-room old building apartment with kitchen and bathroom in the middle of Aachen for rent to nice people. The apartment is quiet as it is located on the 2nd floor of our back house. An elevator is not available. City, cathedral, RWTH, transport connections and shops are easily accessible on foot.
