située sur le lieu dit ''lachanau'', Jolie maison, climatisée et confortable. Idéalement située près du lac et de l'Océan. Selon saison : baignades, sports nautiques, ballades en forêt, cueillette, cheval, visite des châteaux du Médoc et aussi : siestes au soleil ou mi ombre, livres à dispo, jeux d'enfant...que du bonheur! La maison est clôturée avec parking 2 véhicules. Il existe un autre logement mais chacun bénéficie d'un jardin et les espaces privatif sont parfaitement indépendants.
