The Tour is a private portrait-photoshoot offered for couples or groups of minimum 2 guests. The tour covers some of the city’s great landmarks: St Nikolai Memorial Church, Rathaus City Hall and the Speicherstadt. Along the way I will teach & explain posing, whether as singles, couples or groups. It will be a relaxing walk! I like talking, connecting with you and sharing easy to follow posing tricks. I'm going to show you how to pose yourself even if you're not working as a model professionally. I'll be walking you through some tips on how to build a relaxing vibe to lead you into posing mode, how to use light, layers, depth and composition to perfect your photo, and which props you can play with to not only de-stress yourself but also create a candid look on the image. It's very important to me that guests not only feel comfortable but are actually thrilled at how easy & fun it is to pose naturally in an urban environment. I will be using professional equipment This tour is about more than shooting pictures: our interactions mediated by the camera, the ability "to read" a picture, to understand why it impacts the way it does, all this determines whether a picture survives the test of time - or not. This is why I will be showing & discussing with you the pictures during the shooting, to help you reach even more natural poses.

Along the way, we will explore some of the city's most famous landmarks, including the historic Speicherstadt district, and I'm excited to share some interesting stories and historical facts with you as we go. As we stroll through the city, we will take plenty of photos to capture the moments and memories of your visit. From the vibrant street art to the bustling markets and charming alleyways, there are endless opportunities for fantastic shots. Gleich zu Beginn unseres Spaziergangs durch die historische Altstadt Hamburgs können Sie das wunderschöne Neurenaissance-Rathaus aus dem 19. Jahrhundert bestaunen, welches auf dem Höhepunkt der Hamburger Blütezeit errichtet wurde. Während wir tiefer in die Geschichte der Freien und Hansestadt Hamburg eintauchen, besuchen wir die charmante historische Deichstraße und erfahren, wie der Große Brand die Altstadt verwüstete und so versehentlich den Weg für eins der Hamburger Wahrzeichen schlechthin legte: die “Kontorhäuser”. Nachdem wir einen Blick auf die finstersten Tage der deutschen Geschichte geworfen haben, gibt es die Möglichkeit, die ehemalige St. Nikolaikirche zu erkunden. Einst eines der schönsten Beispiele neugotischer Architektur in Europa, steht der Turm heute als Denkmal für die Opfer der alliierten Luftangriffe im Zweiten Weltkrieg. Die Tour endet nahe der faszinierenden Elbphilharmonie.

There you can get a well-maintained bike from us and, if you want, a helmet. Then off we go: We drive along the Hamburg harbor, through the city to the Speicherstadt and into the HafenCity. We pass all the important sights and show you spots that only Hamburgers know. We drive along the canals, the old waterways, as often as possible and tell you where people like to eat in Hamburg and which of the thousand events are really worthwhile. Come with us and get to know the real Hamburg ecologically and in the fresh air. We look forward to seeing you! While we will check out some popular and famous spots in Hamburg, we will also visit some photogenic places—random back alleys with beautiful flowers, street arts, captivating landscapes, and beautiful parks, which give a great background for portrait photography. We will change perspective and discover this port side town from its waterside view. Sailing on the Alsterlake is one of the coolest and most outdoor things to do in Hamburg. You can take something to eat, a beer or whatever you desire. Do I need to know how to sail? A: No, 90% of previous guests have not been on a sailing boat before. You will learn the basics and also get a chance to take control of the boat. Will we get wet or fall into the water? The boat cannot capsize because of its architecture. Even in strong winds we will be very unlikely to make use of a life-vest. If there is any storm warning by the national agency 24 hours in advance or strong rain the trip will be cancelled. In case of light to medium rain we will set sails anyways. Please bring a waterproof jacket and something warm just in case.

Important Information: On our tours we often visit small, traditional restaurants that do not accept card payments. Please keep this mind and bring sufficient cash along. We recommend to schedule at least 50 euros. In most restaurants, you can pay with cash. If you want to withdraw cash during the tour, be aware that the other guests have to be waiting for you and not always an ATM nearby. The Sternschanze is different: On this three-hour culinary city tour, you will experience Hamburg's trendy district from a whole new side. Together we'll take a look behind the facade. You will learn exciting insider knowledge about the residents and history of this unique neighborhood and also get to know the versatile gastronomy: in five selected restaurants you will enjoy international and typical Hamburg food. Während der kurzweiligen Führung durch das weltweit einzigartige Konzerthaus, erhaltet Ihr sehr genaue und umfangreiche Informationen über dessen Entstehung und die Architektur, das Veranstaltungsprogramm und auch über die Besonderheiten der Konzertsäle. Weiter geht es über die Plaza: Genießt auf dieser weitläufigen Außenterrasse den beeindruckenden Ausblick über die Stadt. Aus knapp 40m Höhe zeige ich Euch den quirligen Betrieb im Hamburger Hafen, die Landungsbrücken, den Michel und die Hafencity. Tolle Hamburger Geschichten und Fotomotive sind garantiert. Nach der Elbphilharmonie Führung geht es dann weiter durch die Speicherstadt mit Ihren alten Kunstwerken und Solitärbauten. Vorbei am Miniaturwunderland, dem Hamburg Dungeon, der Kaffeerösterei und dem Kesselhaus, stehen wir sobald im Traditionsschiffhafen der Hafencity. Weiter geht es nun über die Magellan Terrassen und dem Maritimen Museum zum Wasserschloss, anschließend kommen wir dann wieder zurück in die HafenCity. Am Dalmannkai in Sichtweite zur Elbphilharmonie endet unsere Tour. Zahlreiche Restaurants und Cafes laden hier zum Verweilen ein.

Radeln Sie anschließend weiter nach St. Georg: Größere Gegensätze multikulturellen Lebens gibt es hier in keinem anderen Stadtteil. Der Weg führt uns weiter an die Binnenalster, Kennedybrücke, Stadtpanorama, Lombardsbrücke bis zu den feinen Ruderclubs und Konsulaten, und schließlich nach Pöseldorf zurück zur Radstation.
