Located in the village of Kerlouan with all the shops nearby this terraced house (on the left by an unoccupied house and separated by a wall for the house on the right)has a garden of 1600 square meters. Completely renovated, it will offer you the charm of the old, the comfort of a recent renovation, a large garden , a terrace with deckchairs and barbecue, in the middle of the village. You will park without problem in the garden. Lots of beaches to choose from at 2kms. GR 34, surfing, golf( at 30kms).
