We'll meet you on Wilmington Island, just 15 minutes from downtown Savannah and raise sail in the Wilmington River. You can sit back and relax or learn how to sail and take control under the guidance of your knowledgeable and friendly captain. While I can't guarantee dolphins, gorgeous sunsets, or new friends, the odds are certainly in our favor. The wind will fill the sails and gently push us along as you soak in beautiful views of the islands and marshes that make the Lowcountry so special. This is a truly unique experience that will get you off the beaten path and give you a taste of Savannah from a local's perspective! If we're not able to sail due to the weather, we'll try to reschedule for a time that fits your schedule. If that's not possible you will receive a full refund. But, don't worry too much, as we only have to cancel a very small percentage of our sails. Featured on Netflix's "Love is Blind" and "World's Most Amazing Vacation Rentals," this is a unique experience. Sometimes Figgy the Llama chooses to join the yoga class. Other times, you can see the llamas & alpacas roaming through the glass. We never force them to be inside, so that's up to them. When you arrive at our beautiful urban farm, you will be greeted by a spoiled crew of rescued and alpacas. Take a moment to photograph them or take selfies. Walk down through our garden, down a stone lined path and enter the magical world of camelids, bamboo, and listen to the sound of the fountain at the center of the courtyard. To your left, you'll take in the gorgeous barn with 1900s barn doors, enter the beautiful space. The barn is built from reclaimed barn wood, 1860 stained glass window, old beams, old doors and windows. The structure is composed of reclaimed antique glass doors so you can see the bamboo forest, the alpacas, the llamas. Just beyond the bamboo is the treehouse. Our wonderful instructor will then greet you and ground you and take you through the most zen, magical yoga experience. Join us for an immersive group glassblowing lesson at Blown Studios in Savannah, GA! This unique experience allows you the opportunity to get hands on creating your own original piece of glass art! You class also includes a tour of the Hot Shop and Gallery, followed by an overview of the tools and equipment used in the glassblowing process. After the studio tour you will choose your item and colors from our menu, then work one-on-one with a professional glassblower to create your piece! We will be meeting at "Ponce City Market" with Atlanta's Beltline a few steps away for your city style photoshoot filled with candid and posed pictures. All of these locations are filled with drinks and food for you to enjoy after your shoot. If you would like a rooftop photoshoot experience as well, the Ponce City Rooftop is available at an entrance fee (not included). After 1 hour shooting you will get all raw shots as well as make a selection of 7 edits to be edited in my style. The Art of Custom Drum Building Experience. I will show you how drums are crafted from start to finish - from a raw piece of wood to a high-quality snare drum. Guests will come in and be guided on a tour through the workshop. We will discuss the whole process. I will share some great stories from my experience over the years. You will then be invited to join Michael in the studio where you can play on a variety of drums and instruments of your choice. This experience offers you the chance to see how drums are made first-hand. It will also teach you the importance of sound quality and bearing edges which you can implement on your own drums. Ask questions and take pictures as you like. We will do a short demonstration on cutting logs, sawing, and milling! A portion of the time will be dedicated to drum tuning and mechanics, so if you have a drum to work on, bring it! This experience is great for individuals and small groups looking for private sessions to learn the craft of drum building! Our journey ends at our Hideaway with a hot tasty lunch on one of our patios. We also have a private Airbnb cabin for guests who want to reserve a place to stay. Have an idea? Let me know if another date/time works better for you. We will be riding electric bikes at Fort Yargo! I will provide the e-bikes for this experience so all you need to do is show up in comfortable clothes. This trail is for beginners and is about ~6 miles long. The trail takes about 1 hour to bike. The e-bikes will do all the work for you! We will meet at Fort Yargo main entrance Visitor's Center parking lot. The recommended height to ride the bike is at least 5 feet 3 inches but not required. You must be less than 350 pounds to ride the bike. I will give you some instructions on how to operate the bike in the parking lot. From there we start E-biking!
