Suite has TV w/ Roku, Xfinity app & Netflix. Also a mini fridge, hot /cold filtered water dispenser & coffee maker. Bedroom sleeps 2 w/ Queen bed. 2nd room has a bunk with a full size futon on the lower bunk that can serve as a bed or a couch. Upper bunk is a single bed. Suite is on lower floor of the main house, but light and bright with your own private entry. Space is suitable for a couple, 2 single people or a couple with a child over toddler age, but would be a bit crowded for 3 adults.

This 850 sf. cottage is a century old but was completely updated 12 years ago with era-appropriate furnishings, giving it a period (and safe) feel. Breakfast goodies, art, books, and a woodstove make it cozy. It sits on half an acre so lots of room for kids . It's in SW Portland, minutes from downtown. It's quiet, great for working or vacationing. An outdoor fire pit and gardens make it unique. There's even a zip line for kids. Family gatherings also fine. (Note: There is a $60 fee per dog.)

Okay, well, it's a stream, but it's all yours to enjoy. For the nature lovers we have deer, beavers, ducks, nutria, fish, etc. (think wetlands). For everyone, the house (duplex) is fully equipped with a fireplace, BBQ, hot tub central gas heat and central AC. This is a bright, clean and cozy space to land for folks who love the suburbs (not in the city city but we are close drive to the city center) but want to be surrounded by nature. With ambient noise from the creek and highway.

"La Terre" is a great place to stay! The street is busy but safe. We are close to Intel, and TV Highway in the Beaverton/Aloha area, where restaurants and supermarkets can be found. Our place is designed to be welcoming and cozy. It has a smart TV and WiFi, a private entrance along with its own kitchenette induction kitchen, full bathroom, a full-size bed, two twin-sized sofa beds, and a desk area. The studio is exclusively for guests. We have parking space and friendly neighbors.
