Located in a small village in central Alsace, 30 minutes from Strasbourg and Colmar. Close to Europa Park, the new video games museum, Christmas markets, the wine trail, gourmet markets etc. The apartment is 80m2 and is part of a large typically Alsatian house. It is fully equipped, large bay window overlooking the forest where our 4 adorable goats live that you can visit. Very warm, cozy atmosphere, its large garden (with a lounge and table for lunch) borders a river . This charming studio renovated in 2022 is located in Gertwiller Village, a few meters from Ginger Bread Museums (Fortwenger and LIPS) Museums, as well as vineyards. The apartment is on the ground floor of a typical Alsatian house, once housing an old forge. It is fully equipped and welcomes you in a warm atmosphere. There is free parking spaces on the street (no parking space reserved for the studio in the residence)

The quiet sunny NIOBE COTTAGE in the village

Quiet space. A beautiful kitchen equipped with a small bright living room. One bedroom upstairs under the attic with its bathroom. The toilet is separate . Horses are in the spotlight in a green area. In winter, all CHRISTMAS markets are close to ANDLAU The cottage is not suitable for small children walking because the staircase is not secure. The pool tarpaulin is secure but there are no barriers whenit is open.
