Cozy apartment on Buxton Brothers Blvd. A busy area where you will find numerous restaurants, bakeries, shops and public transport stops. It is less than 20 minutes from the center by public transport, you also have connection with the tram and metro. The apartment has a beautiful view of Vitosha. It is pet friendly. It has a sofa bed in the living room with capacity for two people. In the other room there is a single bed with a totally awesome home office corner for those working from home.

Жилището е уютно, семпло, без излишни луксове, но оборудвано с всичко необходимо за вашия престои. Изключително слънчево и с прекрасна гледка. Спалнята е оборудвана със спалня 180/190, в хола дивана се разтяга, за деца до 4г предоставяме кошарка и стол за хранене. Метростанция България е на метри от блока, Южен Парк и бул. Витоша на пешеходно разстояние.

Beautiful, bright and airy apartment located in front of South Park in the Lozenetz district of Sofia with a beautiful view to the park and Vitosha mountain. Located 500 meters from the U.S. Embassy, a five minute walk from the shops and restaurants of James Boucher Street and 10 minutes by car from downtown Sofia. There is a Billa supermarket 2 minutes from the apartment. The apartment has 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, washer/dryer, parking garage and a large balcony to relax.
