Unsere Fewo liegt unmittelbar an der Burgruine und am Maar. Im April 2023 wurde der Ulmener Maar-Stollen eröffnet, der das Maar und den Jungferweiher über einen ca. 120m langen Stollen verbindet. Die Vulkaneifel bietet viele Möglichkeiten. Ob Fahrrad fahren, wandern, angeln (Maar, Jungferweiher) oder Motorrad fahren in der kurvenreiche Eifel oder auf dem Nürburgring (15min). Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten wie die Maare, Burgen (Burg Eltz), Wasserfälle o. die Städte Cochem, Trier, Koblenz usw.

💸Low Budget Apartment

Ich biete unser kleines Gästezimmer an, das Zimmer selbst, ist schön hell und fast fertig renoviert, es hat nur einen kleinen Schönheitsfehler. Es sind noch Fliesen an der Wand vom Waschbecken und man sieht die Wasser zu und ab lauf Hähne Das Zimmer hat eine eigenes großes Bad mit Dusche, auch hier sind wir am Modernisieren, die Decke ist ohne Verkleidung. Ich biete es einfach mal für kleines Geld an, vielleicht freut sich jemand sich mit wenig Geld eine Auszeit gönnen zu können

Our newly renovated log cabin covers approx. 50 sqm. It is free in the garden with a small meadow for our guests behind the hut. The log cabin includes a large, bright main room with kitchen dining table and sofa corner with TV, a high sleeping level with double bed, a terrace and of course a bathroom with shower. Terrace and the seating area in front of the hut are suitable for a cozy chat.

Our apartment with its own entrance is located between Jungferweiher and Maar in the immediate vicinity of the 'Ulmener Maar- Stollen' (an underground walkable connection between the oldest and the youngest Maar of the Eifel). (Opening on 22.04.2023 with simultaneous start of the virtual city tour). Enjoy the direct view of the Jungferweiher in every season.

Very nice bright, quiet apartment 1st floor, about 75 sqm, large living room with sofa bed for 3rd person, 1 bedroom (double bed 1.80 x 2.00) extra bed baby possible. There is a large bathroom with bath, shower and toilet, in addition a small guest toilet. Kitchen, dining room, balcony with barbecue facilities, parking space for 2 cars…….
