very well located in a quiet area very close to the center of Brussels. Ideal for a family stay Thanks to Elisa for hosting us!

Very neat and very nice property. We were here with 3 couples for hiking and cycling. The house was spotless and equipped with all the necessary comforts. Everything is here to make a pleasant and fun weekend. There are 3 bedrooms that are definitely ample for a weekend or midweek. In the hallway upstairs there is even room for clothes to store. The small things have also been thought of, such as clothes pegs, paper towels or tablets for the dishwasher. The house is located in a beautiful walking and cycling zone, close to several junctions. The garage is spacious and can be used to store several bicycles and recharge batteries. At the back of the house is a freight track. Despite this being one of the busiest in Belgium, we have hardly been bothered by this. The view of the railway bridge (Arcaden) is beautiful. Claire responded immediately to questions and gave tips when we asked for them. Perfect hostess !

it is a great place, felt like at home

We had a very pleasant stay at Alain's AirBnB. Felt welcomed from the start, the room fitted our expectations perfectly and he reacted instantly on our messages.

La Quinta is a slice of heaven on earth, away from the bustle of the city and all the worries. Joana is the perfect hostess, leading you to the best bakery or ice cream shop nearby. Our children who love the goats, pigs, geese, ponies and the (pregnant) donkey, and the adults actually too. As if the well-equipped games room was not enough, there is also a caravan full of toys in the garden. The interior is curated with care, taste and creativity and it is wonderful to spend time on the terrace. La Quinta is the ideal base for a beautiful region and for, for example, a walk around the castle of Modave and the beautiful view there. But would you leave La Quinta? The only downside is that donkey Marie-José did not like it during our stay. 🫣

The proposed house is beautiful and very pleasant to live in. The house is very well equipped, whether in terms of the kitchen, living rooms or bathroom. The bedding is impeccable. We felt right at home. Sofie is a charming host and very responsive if you have any questions. We felt right at home. It also offers a multitude of interesting places or places to discover. Very smooth communication with Isabelle. Warm welcome upon arrival. The cottage was tip top in order. Perfect location to disconnect. Sea within walking distance. Highly recommended!
