Head to Pittsburgh From Mt. Lebanon Cottage

Mt. Lebanon Cottage is a craftsman-styled home that fuses contemporary styles with traditional elements. Walk atop hardwood floors to the colorful kitchen and have a coffee for two on the deck nestled in the trees overlooking the garden or unwind on the front porch and enjoy the friendly neighborhood vibe. This is a three bedroom home with the third bedroom is a very bright and cozy attic. Craftsman woodwork and spacious kitchen provides a great space to gather. Easy walk to local shops and restaurants. Guest can access the entire house, front porch, deck and yard. The laundry is in the basement and it is a work in progress. We are are adding a full bath and small game room there so our tools and fixtures are there pending installation. AC has been installed and there are controls for three separate zones. There is a small garage attached to the space and you are welcome to use, however mosts guests opt to park on the street. I typically swing by if it works in our schedule but often don't see guests during their stay. It's very important to know we are serious about providing a great experience. If you want to meet -please let me know and if we missed anything or you need anything - don't go without-just ask and we will try to get what you need. For example: if the space is too warm or cold tell us and we will make sure that things are adjusted properly for you. We love this little neighborhood and want our guest to be happy. The home is in a walkable neighborhood of tree-lined streets and friendly locals. Head to town to browse the unique shopping boutique options and dine at tasty local restaurants. Hike in the nearby nature and visit Pittsburgh just minutes away. The Trolly Stop that is closest to us is the Dormont Station. The closest bus stops are on Beverly Road or Bowerhill Road. Uber and Lyft are also available. This space is not for events and if you are thinking you will need red solo cups during your stay - this is not a good fit. There are many areas that are staged with lovely little local items for guest to enjoy, the home is not childproofed and stairs are a little steep therefore we like to discuss these items with guests with small children.

My wife Steph and myself (Chris) would like to welcome you to our guest suite. We think that you will find our small suite very cozy and have everything that you need. You have your own entrance through the back of the house as well as onsite parking in the driveway. Inside, we've worked hard to make the space very updated and clean. Amenities include your own bathroom with a deluxe shower, an in-suite mini kitchen with stove and fridge, a small dining table, a couch, and a comfy queen bed.

This apartment could not be more centrally located. 2 blocks from historic Carson street in the heart of the South Side. Restaurants, bars, shopping, bus transportation just outside the front door. Convenient to all Pittsburgh sports venues/theater district. Apartment is fully equipped with all kitchen amenities, a spacious bedroom and bath. New tiled shower installed January ‘23. This little jewel of an apartment is charming and cozy, with private entrance, 1 bedroom, small sitting area, fully-equipped kitchen, bath, laundry access, wifi and private deck. We are on a quiet shady street near 644-acre park. 2.5 miles to universities, 1 mile to Bakery Square. NO CLEANING FEE, so a better value than other listings! Comfortable queen-sized bed with memory foam mattress topper. Many nice amenities and original artwork. Small but homey with lots of little luxuries!

Urban converted gas station in heart of South Side

My place is close to art and culture, restaurants and dining, and family-friendly activities. The southside is loaded with bars and restaurants, grocery and clothing stores, galleries, public library and pool. It is very near downtown Pgh and has great bike/running trails along the river. You’ll love my place because of the outdoors space, the neighborhood, the light, the comfy bed, and the kitchen. My place is good for couples, business travelers, and furry friends (pets).

Enjoy this peaceful, private residence conveniently located <5 miles from PA turnpike exit 67 with quick access to many restaurants and retail establishments. This is a nicely appointed and recently renovated ranch home in a residential neighborhood with a peaceful outdoor space. There is an open concept living room, dining area and new modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The bedrooms have comfortable beds with down comforters .
