The house is situated on the wonderful Ile Grande, by the sea, facing Aval island, neear Perros Guirec, Ploumanach and Tregastel. The main room benefits from a sea view thanks to large windows. The house is surrounded by a private garden. Take your time and enjoy the comfort of a modern house and an ideal location on the "cote de granit rose", between Tregastel, Ploumanach, Perros-Guirrec and Trebeurden. The sea side walking path going round the island, and the beach are next to the house.
