It brings you within 2 stations to Underground U2 and U3. Another station of the U3 ist just some minutes away - in the big shopping street mariahilferstrasse.

This new apartment has all the amenities to make your stay in Vienna unforgettable. It consists of an anteroom with storage areas, a living kitchen with dining area, sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen (microwave, combi stove, dishwasher, coffee machine), bedroom with wardrobe, as well as bathroom (shower and washing machine) and separate toilet. There IS AN INFRARED SAUNA and shower ON the covered terrace for our guests. “A country of a thousand islands where tranquility comes to relax.” We are an ideal choice for both passive and active recreation seekers. The air-conditioned house is well located, there are no immediate neighbors, the existing ones are at a sufficient distance. Our holiday home is not directly on the waterfront, but on the other side of the road lies the regulated Danube branch. The local tourist tax is 300 HUF/person/night and has to be paid separately.

Enjoy a stylish experience in this new design apartment. You will have amazing views from the 18.floor (sunrises are particularly beautiful if you are an early bird :). If you are a night owl, switch on the fireplace and enjoy the night views. If you are coming by car, a free underground parking is awaiting you.
