Completely private and far away from Covid/Corona you will find peace, nature and unobstructed views over the Groningen landscape. The stylish and complete cottage is right on the De Groeve boating and fishing water and in the mill bioop. With a boat you can sail within a few minutes to the vast Schildmeer or the historic city of Appingedam. The city of Groningen and the Wadden Sea are also nearby. Beautiful hiking and cycling area.

Villa Selva is situated on our 1,5ha property on the edge of Loppersum. In this cosy cottage (the 'villa' of its name is slightly overstated) you'll find a living-/dining room, a small kitchen and bathroom with shower. There is one bedroom with one double and one single bed and the open attic has a second double bed. The cottage has small private terrace and garden facing south. On clear nights millions of stars twinkle overhead and the moonshine is so bright, you can read a book in it.
