You can relax as a family at this peaceful place to stay. It is in a very central location and very close to all kinds of places you want to go. The island of Cunda is 10 minutes away and the devil's dinner is 15 minutes away. Also, the symbol of Ayvalig is conveniently walking distance to the coastline on its narrow alleyways. Our residence with a garden has 2 bedrooms. There are 2 double beds. There is 1 bathroom and an American kitchen-living room. 5 pearl maximum people can stay comfortably on the pull-out sofa for 2 people in the living room. 😊ENJOY YOUR VACATION 😊

Authentic Greek House in Güre Village

Our house is on the side street of Güre Village Square. It is an authentic two-story adobe Greek house that is about 150 years old, consisting of a room, a living room, separate spacious kitchen and bathroom with a detached, small garden. It is at the foot of the Kaz Mountains. Kaz Mountain Forests start from about 150 - 200 meters from our house. All kinds of needs and shopping are only 1 walking distance away. Hot spring and sea are 3 km and 5 minutes by car It is fully detached and isolated. It is perfect for those who want a peaceful holiday.

Our house is located in the village of Pınarbaşı in Kaz Mountains and is 3 km from Zeylinlik and 8 km from Akçay. Due to the location of the village, you can enjoy plenty of oxygen, a unique bay and forest view in peace. There is 1 toilet on the ground floor, seating area (3 seater sofa bed), open kitchen and balcony, and 1 toilet bathroom and 2 bedrooms upstairs. One room has a double bed and the other has 1 single bed and a sofa bed. Our house has 2 gardens, front and back.

Our flat is located in a decent family apartment on the coastline of Akçay, Altınkum. It is extremely clean and spacious. My parents live in the upstairs apartment and it is a quiet family apartment. It is a corner apartment on the Akçay coastal road. You can reach the beach in 1 minute. You can enjoy the beach, the sea, parks and cafes on the renovated beach of Altinkum. It is in front of Turban facilities, behind of Başkan Tekel.
