Ground floor vacation home in Punta Umbria. All brand new. Located in the heart of downtown and just an 8-minute walk from the beach. In a family and quiet area. The house consists of 2 bedrooms one with double bed and the second with 2 single beds, living room, bathroom and kitchen ( with all appliances, washing machine, etc.) and large terrace. Maximum capacity 5 people (fifth would be on the sofa bed).
