Above ground swimming pool. Located between Gap and Embrun (20 min) and 5 minutes from Lake Serre-Ponçon and village center (all amenities). No pets allowed.

Possibility to park your car in the residence. The kitchen is fully equipped, very comfortable bedding in the bedroom as well as in the living room. Located less than a 10 minute walk to Embrun water body, a 5 minute drive to downtown, and about 20 minutes to Les Orres station.

Quiet and in the heart of nature, this 17 square meter house on the mezzanine is very functional and you can find all the modern amenities. Nice spacious cottage on the mountain ( 1100 m above sea level). It is located in a very quiet hamlet, close to Serre Ponçon lake (10 minutes) and ski resorts including Réallon (20 minutes), Les Orres. Great choices of hiking and bike trails, various water sports, swimming at Lac de Serre-Ponçon and high altitude lakes.

This T1 on the first floor of our house but totally independent, will give you a breathtaking view of the mountains and absolute calm.
