Ancienne maison rénovée avec beaucoup de goût, dans une petite bourgade charmante et paisible, proche de la mer. Ameublement et décoration particulièrement soignés dans un style bohème chic très réussi. La maison est spacieuse et dotée d’une agréable terrasse avec vue sur la mer. J’ai apprécié que des bouteilles d’eau soient fournies. Procédure d’accueil bien organisée. . La propriétaire est réactive, que ce soit pour procurer une couverture (très belle d’ailleurs) ou résoudre un petit problème domestique. Je recommande sans réserve et y retournerai volontiers!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl bei Maria gefühlt. Das Haus war sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet, alles war neuwertig. Maria war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und gut erreichbar und hat uns z.B auch ein extra Set Handtücher bereit gestellt. Der Strand und das Zentrum mit vielen Restaurants war nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und somit brauchte man das Auto vor Ort nicht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Haus liegt unmittelbar am Meer, das man im Oktober fast für sich alleine hat! Diese Ruhe ist wirklich traumhaft. Auf dem Balkon hört man nur Meeresrauschen. Das Haus ist recht klein (besonders das Badezimmer), aber architektonisch äusserst gelungen. Die Einrichtung ist unglaublich geschmacksvoll und gestylt: Nichts wurde dem Zufall überlassen. Alles passt zusammen. Eine Schwäche ist, dass das Badezimmer keine Türe, sondern nur einen Vorhang hat. Für Nase und Ohr der Mitbewohner allenfalls eine Herausforderung! Ebenfalls muss man wissen, dass im Oktober der Ort ausgestorben ist. Man findet gerade mal ein offenes Kaffee und einen kleinen Lebensmittelladen. Geöffnete Restaurants und Tankstellen sind ca. 15 Km entfernt! Also: mit vollem Auto anreisen, Wasser nicht vergessen.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno fantastico in questa casa a Carmiano. La casa è davvero completa di tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno: due camere da letto spaziose e confortevoli, due bagni ben arredati, una loggia perfetta per rilassarsi e un ampio spazio esterno che ci ha permesso di godere del bellissimo clima avuto in questi giorni. Ogni angolo della casa è ben curato e dotato di tutti i comfort moderni. Inoltre, Giuseppe è stato incredibilmente disponibile e accogliente, sempre pronto a rispondere alle nostre domande e a darci consigli utili sulla zona. La posizione è ideale, tranquilla ma al contempo ben collegata per esplorare i dintorni. Consiglio vivamente questa casa a chiunque voglia soggiornare nella zona, sia per brevi che per lunghi periodi.

L'appartamento è estremamente confortevole e dotato di tutto, conodo sia per famiglie che per gruppetti di amici. Il terrazzino è perfetto per le sere d'estate. Un grande punto di forza è la vicinanza al mare, circa 10 minuti a piedi e si arriva alla spiaggia (sia libera che con lido). Nel complesso abbiamo passato 9 giorni molto piacevoli.

Alloggio molto bello e curato in vero stile salentino. Arredato con gusto e con finiture pregevoli, dotato di ogni servizio . La sig.a Paola che ci ha accolto si è dimostrata molto gentile e ha fornito tutte le indicazioni necessarie per il nostro soggiorno, nonché delle “ dritte” su locali e spiagge. La casa è ubicata a pochi metri dalla piazza principale di Sannicola e a pochi km dalle più belle spiagge del Salento. Ci portiamo via il ricordo di una casa stupenda e di un soggiorno bellissimo.

Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen (sauber, alles vorhanden und umgeben von einem tollen Garten) und wir haben die Zeit in unmittelbaren Nähe von einem wunderbaren Strand sehr genossen. Vielen Dank für die große Gastfreundschaft, Francesco! Hoffentlich schaffen wir es mal wieder nach Punta Prosciutto!

We had an amazing week-long stay at "Wind And Water" in Diso! Lucia, our wonderful host, welcomed us warmly, and communication was seamless throughout. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living room, and a fully stocked kitchen. The decor had authentic local touches, and the large terrace was perfect for enjoying morning coffees and evening aperitivos. The property also has a pool, ideal for summer stays. Diso, though small, had everything we needed—supermarket, pharmacy, cafes, pizzerias, and great restaurants. The beautiful cathedral and ancient menhir nearby added to its charm. Castro, a seaside town just 4km away, offers stunning views and the famous Zinzulusa Cave. The Salento region is filled with rich history, breathtaking landscapes, and incredible food and wine. Every meal was a delight, and parking at the property made day trips easy. We can’t wait to return!

La stanza si presentava come descritto, la posizione molto comoda, nelle vicinanze c’è presente anche un Minimarket. Abbiamo apprezzato molto il letto, super comodo dopo delle lunghe giornate sotto al sole al mare. Peccato soltanto non aver avuto il necessario per poter sfruttare il fornelletto che era presente nella balconata, un bel posticino dove poter fare una piccola mangiata. Per il resto tutto perfetto, consigliato!
