Fiorela and her mum are incredibly kind and helpful! They really went above and beyond, being available at odd hours, answering many texts, and helping after check out. The apartment is perfect. It has more amenities than you could need. Clean, comfortable beds with tons of blankets, hot water in the shower, wifi, a 2in1 washer/dryer, a dishwasher! Having no experience with this laundry machine, it needs longer to dry, so avoid my mistake of washing on the morning of check out. The building and street were quiet. It was central to a huge local market, other food and shops. A 15min drive to the Condor Sculpture. It's the perfect place to rest and recharge! Highly recommend!

très bon séjour à Puno grâce à Manuel et Evelyn qui nous ont beaucoup aidé pour résoudre des problèmes divers et variés ( accident, problème de portable etc...) un grand merci à cette famille généreuse et solidaire. le logement est très bien situé,a côté de la place d' armes.

Liz is a very helpful and friendly host. She helped us with organizing a trip to Amantani and even called a tour guide for us. The apartment was very clean and quiet and the kitchen was well equipped. We can fully recommend Liz and the Airbnb! 😊

Mayra estuvo todo el tiempo atenta a nuestra llegada para ir a recogernos en el puente de la Isla. En nuestra estadia nos hizo sentir cómodas, siempre amable y amigable. El lugar tiene su encanto y los habitantes son super amables. recomendado para escapar de la ciudad y refugiarse en un pequeño rincón del lago titicaca para conocer un poco mas de su cultura y conectarte con su gente. Gracias por todo Mayra! super recomendado! 😃

Great stay in Puno! Close to everything and right next to lake Titicaca. Local restaurants next door and everything you could need on the same block. When I come back to Puno- I will be staying here. Issac who was there to greet us was very responsive and helpful and a wonderful resource. Perfect place to stay in Puno.

Está ubicado en una buena zona, cerca al centro, pero si es cierto que justo está en pendiente por lo que una cuadra es de subida. Por lo demás, es una zona tranquila y el departamento es muy cómodo 🤩 El anfitrión se mantiene comunicado contigo y la señorita de recepción es atenta. Recomendado ✨

Great experience. Because it is located at the fourth floor and it is facing the Cathedral, we were able to enjoy the firework when people celebrated for the New Year. However, climbing the stairs up to fourth floor is still a challenge due to the high elevation of Puno.

What a gem! Vidal and his dad treated us like family. The rooms were clean, we got hot water, an amazing view with spectacular sunrise and sunset, and the food was amazing. Highly recommended for your Titi Caca stay. Thank you for everything Vidal and family.

Nice place with a lake view, very close to the Main Square of Puno. It was super clean, which was extremely pleasant. The kitchen had all the necessary amenities, as well as bathroom. The host also offers guided tours in the lake, which was nice and easy to organize. Thanks :)

Yobana was very friendly and proactive. she helped us a lot with recommendations and was so flexible with check-in a d checkout times that it could perfectly match our travel times. We all felt so welcomed and immediately like home. The flat is very spacious and has a great view. There is an equipped kitchen which we really appreciate as well. Also we extended our stay for one more night because we loved it so much.
