Много ерудиран и интересен човек. Топло посрещане, беше станал много рано на следващата сутрин, за да запали камината и да не ни е студено. Приятно и непретенциозно местенце, насладихме се на питиета до камината. Препоръчвам мястото.

We’ve stayed at this apartment before and we love it. The host is very kind, check-in and communication are very smooth. The apartment is on the top floor and has really cool slanted ceilings which we love, the design overall is great. Highly recommend it and would definitely go back in my future Sofia travels.

I absolutely loved staying at Nick's place. It is a spacious and luminous apartment with all the amenities necessary. The apartment is very close to the subway which gives easy access to both the city center and the airport, and the trip takes only about 20 minutes to both directions. Nick is responsive and very easy to talk, he was away at the time, but his amazing mom was there to help us with all our questions. Marielle is very friendly, helped us locating the apartment, and she even brought us some Bulgarian delicacies to try. We were also provided with tea, cofee and fruits. The apartment and the bed linens were very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. We didn't have any issues with the hot water. There are also three desks in the apartment which makes it a perfect place to work remotely if needed. I'm very satisfied with everything and would definitely stay again if I ever go back to Sofia. Kudos to Nick for being such a great host!

Evgeni was very - very nice, let us do the early check-in and was always answering fast, which is rare. Also after check in we had some questions that got answered immediately. the place itself is not big , smaller than it might seem on the photos, but it's well furnished , neat, renovated in a cute way and has everything you need. It's right near the Paradise Mall. we really liked the experience and would definitely recommend !
