Vacation rentals in Semmes

We’ve stayed at multiple condos in the Park Ave complex & this one is another wonderful place! The location to the pool was very close & we enjoyed being able to sit outside on the screened porch, which had a wonderful view of the swimming pool. This condo had many extra toys for our little ones to play with & pool floats too. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook a meal. There was even a great ice maker as well. The king bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. We appreciated the extra box fan & TV’s for each bedroom also. Overall we enjoyed staying in building 300 for our long spring vacation & we definitely recommend other’s to stay in this 3 BR/2 Bath too!

Great place and great town! Highly recommend eating at The Wash House or enjoying a fresh squeezed juice from Fairhope Juice Co.!

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt, Michael war ein zuvorkommender Gastgeber, die Lage am Rand von Fairhope war ruhig und entspannt, dennoch waren alle relevanten Ausflugsziele schnell zu erreichen. Würde definitiv wieder buchen!

My wife, 3 daughters and I stayed at Jennifer and Dave’s home on mobil bay in Daphne. We had a great time! Dave met us soon after we checked in and showed us around the house. He was very kind and friendly. At one point my oldest daughter got a splinter in her toe and Dave came right over and borrowed us a tweezer! The kids had a great time playing on the beach and swimming. My wife really enjoyed the porch swing and drinking coffee in the morning. Really is a beautiful place. Thank you for sharing it with us!

This was our second stay! Perfect layout for our family, in a gorgeous setting, just minutes from everything Fairhope has to offer! Will stay here next time!

We had a soccer tournament in Foley. We liked the quiet area that Karen's place provided, yet we were still only about 15 minutes from the soccer fields. Everything was clean and comfortable.

we really enjoyed staying here! it was charming, quiet, clean, and peaceful. the kitchen and bathroom were well stocked and the house was well decorated. our dog really appreciated the fenced in yard. there isn't a lot of privacy in the house (the bedrooms are connected and you walk through one bedroom to get the the second one) but it wasn't that big of a deal for us.

Great place to stay. We will be back!!
