‏السكن ممتاز جدا من حيث الموقع فكل الفعاليات لموسم الرياض قريبة جدا والامر الثاني من ناحية النظافة والاهتمام والخصوصية العالية وتشعر كأنك في بيتك 🚨 لكن هناك ملاحظة واحدة فقط في السكن ألا وهي ريحة السجائر جدا قوية وطبعا اتخذنا إجراءات معينة حتى تذهب هذه الريحة بصعوبة من ضمنها التهوية وإضافة بعض العطور وذهبت بعد ٣ ايام تقريبا ، وبشكل عام السكن ممتاز جدا وارصي به بشدة وقد اوصيت به لأحد من أقربائي

من اجمل الشقق الي شفتها بالرياض ، الموقع قريب من كل الفعاليات ، الشقة مرا برستيج ومرتبه تحس كانها بيتك ، المطبخ أدواته كامله وهذي اول مره اشوف ترتيب بالطريقة هذي ، الشراشف وأكياس المخدات والألحفة جايبها من هوم سنتر ، فيه جلسة خارجية خاصة بالشقة روعه بالشتا، تفاصيل جبارة ماشاءالله تبارك الرحمن

الشقة دورة مياه واحده وقت الخروج بدري الساعه ١١ وتم التفاهم مع صاحب الشقه الله يرزقنا وياه

مكان جميل وتعامل اجمل

للأمانة شكراً على الأستضافة الرائعة مكان مرتب ومكتمل من جميع الخدمات المستلزمة المنزلية ممتازة والنظافة ممتازة والأثاث جديد عن تجربة ينصح بزيارة المكان بالمختصر كُملة .

صراحه مكان روووعه مستحيل اسكن ب غيره بس تجربه تدمن عليه اوف يا هو موقع يا هو شراحه و نضافه شي فاخر من الاخر

tempat sangat dekat dengan mesjid Nabawi, bisa jalan kaki kurang lebih 10-15 menit terdiri dari 3 lantai, lantai 1 tempat bersantai atau ruang tamu, lantai 2 terdiri dari kamar (3 kamar) dan lantai 3 ada kamar mandi, serta lantai 4 atap atau dak, bisa menjemur pakaian tersedia pemanas air dan lemari es tempat bersih dan rumah seperti rumah klasik, tuan rumah sangat responsif dan sangat membantu, sedikit kekurangan yaitu malam malam d depan dan samping rumah agak ramai karena banyak sopir atau pekerja yang nongkrong di cafe depan dan samping rumah, tapi itu tidak terlalu mengganggu buat kita, tapi untuk orang yang tidak bisa tidur jika bising maka akan sangat terganggu, kami akan menginap lagi disini jika ke madinah

Our stay at Aiman’s apartment was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, Aiman was incredibly helpful and sweet, always making sure we had everything we needed. His hospitality made us feel so welcome, and the apartment itself felt like a home away from home. The location could not have been more perfect—right in the heart of everything, making it super convenient to explore the area. Despite being so central, the apartment building was clean, peaceful, and well-maintained, providing the perfect balance of comfort and tranquility. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and we highly recommend staying here.

Tareq was a fantastic host - very friendly and helpful. His first floor apartment has everything you need for short or long stay and is very comfortable.

It has been an absolute pleasure living here for 11 months. Abdullah and his family must be given praise for making my stay here so convenient and comfortable. The apartment looks exactly as the pictures and my stay has been perfect with no complaints.
