This is a great location. In this COVID world, rest assured that all protocols are followed and the space is super clean and well maintained. I can't find any fault with my stay at all. Highly recommended.

Excellent location away from most of the noise of the city. The common spaces were more beautiful than the photos and the pool/hot tub was fantastic. The unit itself was also better than the photos; clean and big. Tom was very accommodating and accessible to the guests. Lastly, there is an eco filter water container in the unit for drinking.

Algo que siempre me percato es en el olor y la limpieza y eso para fue clave para decir que estoy satisfecha con mi hospedaje. Me gustó que siempre tuve respuestas inmediatas ante mis dudas. El estar cerca de la pista de aterrizaje no impidió nada en mi descanso, el ruido es muy mínimo. Muchas gracias! Volveré…

Anne’s place was perfect for our stay, conveniently located at a walkable distance to Paseo Cayala, shops and restaurants. Her apartment had everything you needed to feel just like home. fully equipped kitchen and large bedrooms. Our communication with Anne was excellent, she was always ready to help us with whatever we needed during our stay. Having to register at check in at the building lobby was a little tedious and slow, but other than that everything was great. I would be more than happy to stay here next time I’m in Guatemala City.

This is our second time we stayed at Fernandos place, we choose it again because the place is in a great área, very clean, nice Views, safe and with all the conveniences with in a walking distance, supermarket, restaurantes, bars, all around the property. And with security and conveniente parking area.

Me encantó la estadía, los ambientes demasiado limpios, todo muy bien ordenado, excelente ubicación. Y Camas demasiado cómodas y limpias. Finalmente lo recomiendo.

Gracias Hellen por ser amable, atenta y responder rápido mis preguntas. El lugar es acogedor, puedes sentirte en casa, aunque no hay microhondas, por si se te enfría la comida debes usar la estufa. Tiene una vista hermosa, el lugar es seguro y tranquilo, los residentes son muy amables y educados. Puedes pedir comida por la app aunque se demoran porque siempre hay tráfico. Los Uber conocen esas torres así que te llevarán sin contratiempo. Recomendable 100%
