Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Phu Quoc

Hien è stata una delle migliori host che abbia mai incontrato. Fin dal primo momento mi ha accolto come un amico, condividendo con me i segreti del posto, consigliandomi sui prodotti locali e indicandomi dove acquistarli al miglior prezzo. Inoltre, mi ha accompagnato in diverse escursioni straordinarie tra cascate, isole e sessioni di snorkeling. Consiglio vivamente a chiunque di soggiornare da lei per vivere un'autentica esperienza in una casa locale! Grazie mille Hien, ci vediamo quando torno a Phu Quoc!!

My stay at Tinh House was truly an amazing experience! This place is a hidden gem tucked away in the city. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by the most beautiful lounge, filled with stunning decorations and lush plants everywhere. It felt like an oasis! I also loved the adorable kittens that greeted me. The onsite cafe was a great perk, offering delicious food and drinks. What truly stood out was the incredible staff – they were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make my stay even better. Finally, the rooms were very clean and incredibly comfortable. I highly recommend Tinh House for a wonderful stay!

We loved our stay at Ken’s place! Ken was the friendliest and most helpful host and made us feel right at home. He arranged a scooter for us which was available as soon as we arrived, left a couple of beers in the fridge, helped us get gas, and was always down for a chat. The house is really beautiful and we loved all the plants inside the open living space, which was so peaceful. We also loved hanging out with Ken and his friends at the bar or at one of the local restaurants (Aneen’s was our favourite!!) - what a fun community they built! If we ever come back to Kampot we’ll definitely stay here again!

Kai je byl velmi ochotný a přípravený obratem vše vyřešit. Perfetkní vybavení domu (venovní ohniště/gril, domácí kino, PC k užívání, venkovní sprcha i WC, ....). Při příjezdu nás hostitel vyzvedl a dopravil na místo, stejně tak při odjezdu nás odvezl na letiště. Zajistil ihned po příjezdu skútry k užívání (pozdě večer) a vůbec na všechno co jsme potřebovali. Okamžitě reagoval na jakékoliv dotazy, poradil s orientací v místě. Kai je navíc majitelem mlalé restaurace v nedalekém, zcela nově vybudovaném, městě cca. 20 minut od ubytování (btw. vynikající jídlo za naprosto úžasné ceny). Snad jediným mírným "nedostatkem" byla absence bazénu u domu (ale to už musíte být opravdu nároční :-) ). Na pláž je to na skútru (který je obecně na ostrově naprosto ideální dopravní prostředek) cca. 8 minut. Můžete si vybrat z několika pláží (i těch, které jsou ještě přírodní a naprosto klidné). Dostupnost restaurací, stánků a obchodů naprosto ideální. Jednozančné všem doporučuji.

房子的优势和劣势都非常显著： 劣势： 1.房子的位置比较偏僻，夜晚入住的话很难找到（具体位置在从南至北方向cosiana resort前50米左转的小路上）。 2. 因为位置偏远，所以去热门景点打车都要至少100多rmb（去机场的话，房主会帮忙预约出租车，到门口接送，还是很方便的），最好租摩托车（tips: 春节期间加油站都关闭，在路边杂货店可以买到汽油，要比加油站更贵，但可以应急，说老实话，这也是我第一次见到杂货店卖汽油还有路边摊摆摊卖汽油的...）。 3. 房子里可以做饭，但是如果第一天晚上到的话，周边没有饭店，几乎只能去对面的cosiana吃（价格不算便宜，要比镇子里贵，应急的选择）。另外食物残渣需要认真打扫，因为是木头房子，难以避免的会招蚂蚁。 优势： 1. 如果晚上到导致你没有办法仔细体会这个房子的乐趣的话，我建议你在早晨6点30起床，认真感受一下日出，那个时刻你会觉得一切都值了（像我附图这样的） 2. 其实如果准备充分的话，这里的夜晚和白天一样值得期待，你可以坐在露台上，放点音乐，跟家人一起喝两杯，会有闻讯而来的小猫小狗陪着你一起享受夜晚。或者去对面的cosiana度假村，躺在靠近大海的网上，听着海浪，看看漫天的繁星（对面度假村的工作人员非常热情，虽然我们没有入住，也得到了很多帮助） 3. 房主非常热情而且会英文，会及时提供必要的帮助 4. 房间里有必要的餐具厨具，自己做饭也是个很好的选择，买菜的话，建议骑摩托到南边6 7 公里处的丁字路口，靠近c mart，没有大型超市，但是有农贸市场，可以买到水果、蔬菜、肉 总而言之，如果不介意位置偏远的话，这里是圆儿时木屋梦的好选择

Easily one of my best AirBnB experiences. Lionel (host) is very-well connected to the community/town, local "tuk-tuk" drivers, etc. Incredibly easy to get information and access to anyplace I wanted to explore. I was only in town for 2 nights and absolutely got the most out of my stay.

Great couple running the boutique hotel and apartment. Love the complex, surrounded area, free shuttle to Phu Quoc night market and Vinbus #19 to Grandworld and airport, recommended.

Thi Mo was awesome. the place was perfect, close to beach and large pool.

The communication with Joe was really easy, he was helpful and answered within minutes. The bungalow is nicely located, calm area, some nice restaurants nearby and 5 min from the beach away. Overall a really nice experience. We enjoyed it a lot :-)

4인 가족이 여유롭게 생활했다. 성인 6인 정도면 딱 좋고 아이들이 더 있어도 좋을듯

Location is ideal for the authentic experience; little food stands very close by. I saved a lot of money by cooking in the kitchen (equipped with everything I needed). close to free bus stop. close to a beach that's now becoming popular with new construction. Fantastic pool and AMAZING STAFF! very friendly and always accommodating.

Joe's place is great ! We spent a week there and truly enjoyed. It has everything you need for your stay. Short walk to the beach, easy drive to the city center. Lots of restaurants around. Joe is a very helpful host. Easy to communicate a d always available for you.

המיקום הוא מדהים . לא במרכז העיר אבל יש,שוק לילה מקומי מדהים. נסיעה לעיר 20 דקות. הבית עצמו מפנק ביותר. כל בקשה של עזרה בנושא הבית זכתה לתגובה מיידית. בריכה מתוחזקת וכיפית . חוף ים צמוד כמונגם בריכה גדולה משותפת. לסיכום חלום...... נתראה בתקווה שנה הבאה....

Great location. It’s near the city’s Main Street (I would say walking distance but there’s an electric car available at reception till 10pm which will take you to the Main Street. ) Yet the bungalow is in surprisingly quiet/peaceful setting which we liked.
