I stayed for 74 nights - a long enough time to get a real feel for the place, and José Luis as a host. The whole experience was excellent and his description spot on. Almuñécar is such a great, vibrant town and sat in the hot tub looking up at the stars & down on Almuñécar is a memory to cherish. The climb up & down the hill is not for some, but for me it was worth it for the peace, tranquility and views. José Luis was always on hand if ever required (for instance powercuts or when the wifi broke - both fixed within an hour or two). Honestly he was a great host. 5 stars across the board from me 👏👏

It's a nice house and within walking distance you can eat tapas. Not far from the big road so you can easily go anywhere.

Fantastic house,with all the amenities that was not missing anything , perfect place,everything in condition of 10,the hosts super nice and friendly, flexible in and out. Loved everything!! The touches of Maricarmen and Pepe are remarkable, unforgettable stay. The place is even better than the pictures. Close to pomegranate, ubeda , jaen, baesa, cities to visit. Well equipped. With the affectionate Lobo! Very quiet environment and splendid view of the pool and terrace. Thanks again .

A lovely villa in beautiful surroundings. we were very comfortable and had everything we needed, plus the tomatoes from Juan Antonio's garden were absolutely delicious. The pool was perfect for the kids and it was so peaceful. Great bar nearby in Restabal. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much :)

From the moment of arrival they were very close and friendly with everything related to the house and the place. The house had all the basic necessities, even more than necessary (chicken eggs). The stay was very pleasant and quiet and with any questions we were always in contact in a simple way. The truth is that it has been a perfect weekend of good company that we will definitely take into account again in the future. I'm glad to be able to find people as good as them, highly recommended!!

We stayed at Cortijo Los Chinos from 27th - 31st December 2024. The house and surrounding area is an Oasis, an ideallic getaway for those longing for a few days of peace and quiet. You can cosy up by the fire place or go for a swim in the pool. We didn't use the pool on this trip but we will definitely be back in warmer weather. The house was very clean and comfortable. We were visited by a number of cats from neighbouring properties. They were very loving and cleanly kept and kept us company as we missed our own cats who had to stay at home. The grounds were full of orange trees and the oranges were lovely. I can honestly say I have never stayed anywhere with more freshly squeezed orange juice. The owner Esther is lovely and was always very kind and courteous in all my conversations with her. 11/10 cannot rate highly enough! The best trip we’ve had in a long time.

We, my brother and I, were in Guadix for cycling. The place was suitable for us as it has two full bedrooms and is located on a lockable property. The kitchen equipment is complete and functional. All features offered were available and usable.

What a beautiful place! What tranquility! I felt very good in Mercedes and Diego's house. The grounds are very large and enclosed which is great if you're traveling with a dog. The owners are very nice and I enjoyed the bottle of wine – from Diego's vineyards – as a welcome gift. I highly recommend it.

Our stay was amazing! The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, and communication went smoothly. The accommodation is very well equipped, with an eye for detail – really everything has been thought of. The area is beautiful and quiet, perfect for being completely immersed in nature. We really enjoyed it and would love to come back!

the house has everything you can need, it is so beautiful and has so many details, very cozy. the beds and pillows very comfortable and for me they smelled super rich .. the garden makes you cool, it is full of trees and floral plants and you have a lot of privacy, the pool is super nice and full of hamakas... at night you can see super well from there the stars.... in the kitchen everything you can need, you have it. Air conditioning in all rooms in case it is very hot and you are about 15_20 minutes walk from the supermarket bars .... of everything there is in the village. would repeat it very safely and would recommend it 100% thank you very much Carmen and Anaís for welcoming us into your home and treating us so well💙💙

Have a great stay at David's. We recommend the house for its calm and tranquility, no overlook it is perfect to feel alone! With a magnificent view, thank you again to David who was welcoming and very friendly.

100% recommended! We went a group of friends for a weekend and we were delighted. The accommodation is divided into two houses, however, the doors are next to it which allows you to spend practically all the time together, in addition the houses are very well equipped. Mario was very attentive, we were able to communicate quickly with him and recommended a local taxi that takes you to Granada in 20 minutes economically. Very happy to have been able to enjoy this great place.

We had an amazing stay at Francisco's casa, it was so peaceful, a brilliant location in a natural environment. The casa was just as described, if not better than the photo's, a real home from home, we were very comfortable there. I would highly recommend.

My family and I really enjoyed the accommodation and surroundings. The host was very kind and attentive to us. The house is true to the photos and wins live, and very clean. The house is very well located to visit the most important villages of the Alpujarra.

The house is great, especially the terrace which is very big and has amazing views over the valley below. Belen was always friendly and helpful and responded quickly to me, if I had any queries. It’s a great place to stay.

If you want to disconnect this is definitely your place! Rober was super nice and the house was impeccable. We'll be back
