Arrival at 5pm (which is a very late check-in time in itself), cleaning was in progress and ended around 5:20pm.
Housekeeping was done in a hurry (urine stain on the toilet bowl; dirty sink, dirty fridge, dishwasher not emptied, dirty sauna and jacuzzi and so on...)
The chalet is dilapidated, due to lack of maintenance, dust everywhere on the terrace, window sills, etc.

The host did not respond to my messages at this time I had to call Airbnb support who made sure to cancel my reservation and refund me. Very very

Unfortunately, I lost 3 days of vacation because it was impossible to find other things at the last minute.

Great weekend in this beautiful cottage. It is perfectly equipped, clean, and the setting is really beautiful. The Solara team is super responsive to messages.
You can go there with your eyes closed, for a most pleasant stay.

Really enjoyed our family vacation here. Place was very clean. Lots of activities for outside, and even had board games and options for inside when it rained. Host was very quick to respond to questions, and very helpful!
