The home was easy to find on a quiet street near Big Rapids. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable.

This little retreat is the cutest, most relaxing place I've ever stayed. my wife, three friends, and I visited for a Galentine's Day getaway and did puzzles, played games, and cooked for each other in front of the cozy fireplace (which Amy provided the wood for) surrounded by a beautiful Michigan winter snow scape. Follow Amy's directions and you will have no trouble finding the place! We loved our stay and hope to visit again! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need and all the most common spices. The linens and bed are super comfy. We did find that bringing our pop up wagon was super helpful as there is a slightly steep hill to climb to get into the house, not unmanageable but could be difficult for folks with mobility concerns. I really want to see how beautiful this AirBNB can be in the summer! But it was a perfect winter retreat.

Connor was just wonderful at accommodating my family from Texas and I!! I am gonna have to definitely stay again in the summer!! The house was lovely and just gave a home vibe!! Recommend this property 10/10!!!

Great stay! Had an issue with the hot tub and Connor walked us through it right away. Even offered to buy us lunch for the trouble. Will be back.

Wow, where do I even start! Jamie is a gem! The place was better than described, super cozy, and just right for our weekend! They are so friendly and communicative, which we really appreciated. seriously book this place! You won't regret it!

We had an amazing stay at the cabin! Ev was very helpful and even gave us some good recommendations for the area! We were in town for a Ferris State University football game and it was a quick 15 minute trip to campus!

This was our second time staying in the apartment and we had even more fun this time! Our brother is the lead singer of Horizon Theory and they have played Rubble’s Bar which literally shares a back door with the apartment! We were also able to bring our Frenchie while there and he enjoyed himself too! We will always come back to this spot whenever our brother plays out! Super comfy, cozy and central location!

Kenneth was very helpful and responded quickly to questions we had. Loved the place and very close to downtown and my daughter apartment who is attending CMU. We had a wonderful visit.

The space was immaculate. It looked recently painted and fresh. The staff were extremely responsive. My phone can't support the upgrade to airbnb and they helped me work around that issue.

The apartment was super clean, which I really appreciate. Very comfortable. It’s close you my family which was extremely convenient for me.

Great downtown location. Newly remodeled and well equipped. Full size shower, which is often unusual for an "Up-North" rental. Note that there is a set of stairs to climb to get to the unit as it is on the second floor. Would definitely rent again!

Space was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. My son loved the bunk beds. The neighborhood is adorable and very walkable. And the bakery downstairs has absolutely delicious cinnamon rolls.

Stayed here when attending a bridal show and it was such an awesome, cozy little place and JUST perfect for what we needed! Tenants that live downstairs I believe are the co-hosts and they were very responsive if anything was ever needed or asked. Overall, I def recommend this stay!

We didn’t actually get to stay at this lovely condo because I accidentally booked the wrong dates! Jessica was quick to respond and was extremely understand. We hope to get to stay here sometime in the future!!

A beautiful location for a family weekend. we reserved a few of her condos for our wedding weekend. Hanging out around the fire pit with everyone was really nice. Only con was there was no creamer or sugar for coffee. We are just used to Airbnb's we have stayed at having basic condiments available.
