Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Magog

This home is so beautiful and incredibly comfortable. Everything we needed was easy to find and staying here was the highlight of my family and I’s Christmas. The photos do not do it justice because it is even more beautiful in person. Small confusion with check out times so last day was a bit of a surprise rush, but Brendon is easy to communicate with, he’s so responsive and very very helpful. We cannot wait to stay here again.

Brad and Rose’s lake house is a perfect lake side get away. The location is beautiful and surprisingly convenient for being 30 yards from the border. The house is 20 minutes from Newport and 30 minutes from Jay peak down well maintained road. We spent the week skiing at Jay Peak during a two foot snow storm and were very concerned about being able to access the house since it is down a long drive way that slopes down to the lake. We spoke to Brad and Rose who made special arrangements with their plow guy to clear us a spot at the top of their driveway to guarantee we could get out on the day of the storm. The plow driver also reached out personally to make sure he plowed before we needed to leave. The drive way was plowed three time on the day of the storm and atleast 7 total during our stay. We were able to get in and out no problem even from the bottom of the drive way and the roads to and from the mountain were easily passable with 4 wheel drive (Subaru Outback). Would recommend!

Home was a great spot to stay for skiing at Jay. Jay Country Store was less than a minute ride for anything you may need. Home was as decribed. Clean home and comfortable beds. We cooked every night in the kitchen for dinner. We were allowed to stay longer day of check out which was great for our group to visit longer. We also did a walk at Jay Recreational Centere which was a 2 minute drive from the house. We will definitely stay here again! Thanks!

We had a wonderful stay at Margaret's place. It was a short trip to the NEK to visit family and was a perfect location for a weekend get away! It has all the luxuries of home. We enjoyed having our own space and was close enough to family (5 minutes) so that we could spend our time visiting instead of traveling. It certainly was a winter wonderland at this time of year up there!!! The driveway was a bit slippery and steep, but all and all it was a great stay! We definitely would love to return in the future. so nice to have so many bathrooms and separation of the sleeping quarters so that each family /group can have their own privacy.

Caitlyn is incredibly friendly and proactive in her communication with us. She responds quickly. The house is charming and cozy—much better than the pictures showed. We stayed during a snowstorm, Caitlyn arranged for someone to shovel the driveway and backyard, which was greatly appreciated.

This chalet was seriously so beautiful and perfect for a big group. There were enough beds and even extra options with the sofa beds & floor mattresses. Everyone had enough space. It was even more beautiful than the pictures. The hosts were extremely responsive, kind, and helpful and made this trip so smooth! Check in was super easy and they even forwarded us a list of activities and restaurants nearby to try which came in handy. 10 minutes from Ski Bromont which was the highlight of our trip. Would definitely stay here again!!

Claude's rental home was spacious and beautifully decorated. The attention to detail in terms of anticipating guests needs was exceptional. We were a group of 10 and could not have chosen a better rental for our needs. Thank you Claude for a great stay.

Great layout for our three families to each feel that we had our own space on each floor. Well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, and close to Jay Peak! Rich was easy to communicate with! Would def stay again.

Andree-Anne's house is filled with charm and welcoming energy. It is a large but also cozy space artfully decorated and perfect for gathering.

Tout était parfait. Nous avons eu beaucoup de plaisir à séjourner chez Elaine. Le logement était très tranquille et l'accé au SPA parfait. Il y a beaucoup de chose à faire à Magog et les environs. C'est une ville très active et les restaurants sont très bien.

Our group enjoyed Hélène’s place for our 1-night getaway! Nicely appointed & great location to the cute walkable town of Bromont. Only recco that I have if possible would be a small sign on the back door of the building where it was recommended to enter. Like “Bromont Lodge Entrance” or something similar. While it is the only door, it appeared to lead to a medi-spa, so we were confused:) Once we stepped inside all other instructions were crystal clear! Would love to check out another of Hélène’s places again!

Superbe petit chalet cosy et chaleureux. Nous étions deux adultes et deux enfants, nous avons eu suffisamment d'espace et surtout beaucoup de plaisir malgré le temps de pluie. Les installations sont rudimentaires mais tout à fait conformes à la description et tout est fonctionnel. Le micro chalet est situé vraiment tout près du stationnement et du Club Houde ce qui peut être une bonne option avec enfants. La terrasse extérieure avec le spot à feu sont un beau plus au chalet. J'y retournerai très certainement en période estivale.

Stayed at Mike’s place for 3 nights while skiing at Jay Peak. Ideal location and was just the perfect layout and space for my party of 6. Even with 3 adults and 3 kids there was still plenty of extra space for additional guests. Some nice restaurants just down the street towards Montgomery. The space was also ideal for cooking in and enjoying time with everyone. Have been to Jay Peak often and would certainly be interested in renting again.

Had a great experience. The place was easy to get to and was happy to find complimentary snacks at the house after a long ride. My friends and I were provided exactly what we needed before a day of riding at Jay Peak, which was less than 10 minutes away. Appreciate the clean linens, comfortable sleeping areas, bath towels, and Netflix subscription. Will keep this stay in mind for my next big group trip to Jay.

Steve's place is spacious and welcoming. It has all necessary amenities and more. There were 8 of us traveling with 4 adults and 4 kids. The place was big enough for all of us, and the kids had a lot of fun playing in the basement. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to feed our group, from making lots of coffee in the morning to having a quiet dinner at night. The drive to Bromont Mountain was quick and easy, which made it very convenient to ski with the kids. We would recommend Steve's cottage and come back again.

If it was for sale, we would ask to buy it, but it wouldn’t come with our wonderful hosts so we’ll continue to rent it! What a wonderful experience we had enjoying ourselves and beautiful Ayer’s Cliff, Quebec. We visit Quebec quite often from the states where we live and we have stayed in several places over many years and this is one of our favorites. We rented this cottage for a family ski trip. There are 3 ski resorts to choose from, but they are a little drive away (between 15-40 minutes). The cottage was very cozy and a great place to relax after spending time outside. Especially the spa and the fire place. The kitchen was well equipped and everything was very clean. The second bedroom is a bit small when occupied by two people - this is mentioned in the listing - but no problem with kids. We can definitely recommend this place.

This place is truly a dream getaway! Located just a quick five-minute drive from Jay Peak, it offers the perfect blend of convenience and cozy charm. The home has a wonderfully warm and inviting atmosphere that makes you feel instantly at ease. If you're bringing your dog along, you'll love the scenic trails right out back—perfect for a peaceful walk or an adventurous hike. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need to whip up meals, which made our stay even more comfortable. And the hot tub? Absolutely amazing—such a relaxing bonus after a day on the slopes or exploring the area. A special shoutout to our host, Haley, who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Her hospitality made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a relaxing, well-equipped stay near Jay Peak!

Beautiful location! From drinking coffee while sitting next to the river to having a nice dinner on the screened in balcony, this place just kept giving. I've never stayed in a better equipped place. The hosts are really nice and responsive and really seemed to want us to have the best time possible.

Ashley's cottage provided an excellent retreat for our family during March break! The location was tranquil and the home was just as described. The large, open-plan main living area was great for lounging and we truly appreciated having a fully stocked kitchen. Including basic essentials such as salt and pepper and cooking oil made our stay that much more convenient. We would definitely rent this again!

It’s a very comfortable little cabin, up a long private road that is obvious, clear and well maintained: an easy drive from the main road. Keep your eyes open for the street address! No electricity doesn’t mean no light after sundown, as the solar power was more than enough for the ample overhead led lighting. Good hot and cold running water, and a propane heater meant things were already quite comfortable before the wood stove got to doing its thing. A full grocery store is only 10 minutes away in Valcourt. We charged our phones in the car. A very nice sojourn up the hill, away from everything and everyone. It was a safe and fun spot for our dog, and we liked it too!
