Up to 3 bedrooms all with their own private bathrooms and lock on door. Our house where we live too is a spectacular and very large villa with a huge garden. It is perfect for families or groups of friends wanting to get away from the city yet visit Madrid easily and return to peace and nature. The biggest attractions are the private pool, the bbq and private parking. The area is affluent in a very quiet and leafy neighbourhood. It's important to come with a car.

Chalet individual con hermoso jardín y piscina en urbanización con seguridad privada en la zona noroeste de Madrid . La casa es super luminosa, fue reformada hace menos de un año. La cocina es de diseño con isla central e integrada al comedor, con una amplia mesa. Desde allí se accede al jardín y a la piscina. En la planta central se encuentran las habitaciones. La habitación principal es muy amplia, con ducha para dos personas, bañera y chimenea.

In the mountains 30km from Madrid we rent out our villa with more than 400 m2 of living space and a garden with pool. That garden is 4000 m2 and has more than 100 trees. From the house and outside terrace you have a fantastic view and at the pool there is lounge area. The pool is 13m long en 6m wide. The villa has been recently fully renovated and everything is new. The climate is nice, warm and dry.
