A great place to relax and unwind. My favourite part was opening the door in the morning and having a dip in the lagoon. The pool was less than a minute walk and the panoramic view from it was amazing. Ahmed was a wonderful host, very helpful and so easy to communicate with. The place was lovely, cozy and it felt like home. Will definitely be visiting again. 10/10 would reccommend

Amazing house! We we were a group of 9 people and enjoyed staying there very much. Host was very supportive, the house is exactly as publicised with clean sheets, towels, and comfortable beds. Check in and check out was very smooth, definitely coming back.

Die Villa ist wirklich super schön, ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Möbel und das Inventar sind hochwertig. Hervorragend der beheizte Pool und der Whirlpool. Der Garten ist zauberhaft angelegt und riesengroß. Es gibt überall wunderschöne Ecken zum Entspannen. Fußläufig erreichbar die Fanadir Marina, ruhiger als Abu Tig Marina, wunderschön mit tollen Cafés und Restaurants. Ein großes Lob auch für Frau Hend, der Service von ihr war wirklich einmalig, sehr zuvorkommend, zuverlässig und stets erreichbar. Eine Nacht konnten wir leider nicht schlafen, da Jugendliche auf ihrer Jacht ca 100 m entfernt die ganze Nacht Party machten. Auch darum hat sich Frau Hend gekümmert. Danach war Ruhe. Einziger Nachteil: das anliegende Nebengebäude für Person 7 und 8 ist nicht auf dem gleichen Niveau wie das Haupthaus. Es ist eher eine Notunterkunft und nachts sehr laut wegen der anliegenden Straße. Trotzdem insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert, am besten nur bis 6 Personen.

Good value for money

Wir waren das erste Mal in dieser Wohnung und haben uns wirklich sehr Wohlgefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Wohnung war super sauber. Die Lage ist auch wirklich super. Alles was man braucht ist da. Der Gastgeber besho war immer erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Wir haben die Zeit genossen. Danke für alles.

N hésitez pas à louer cette appartement il est parfait. Le wifi la piscine et la plage que demander de plus? Le premier jour le wifi ne fonctionnais plus je l ai juste fais remarque au propriétaire et il a appelé des techniciens pour régler le problème à distance.

I came here for my bachelorette party with my friends. We had so much fun, Monica was super nice and helpful. The location was perfect over a lagoon and 5 minute walk to the marina.

The unit is part of a newly developed project. The unit is up to 5-starts hotel standards with full services upon request. My kids enjoyed the direct access to pool and sea. We enjoyed the four surrounding 5-start hotels where we would go for beach activities or restaurants. Amine and his fellow team member where helpful and responsive whenever needed. I felt it is good value for money and would come again.

整体性价比非常高，美中不足的地方是房间内wifi需要单独付费使用，只有大厅有免费的wifi，前台有一些员工很好，但有一个女员工的态度十分不好，但是房东帮忙沟通还是顺利解决了

The villa is very large and spacious, would be ideal for groups of friends/ couples as all bedrooms rooms are a decent size had their own bathrooms. The pool was lovely and the back yard feels nice and private, just note that there is a pool guy that comes every day and sometimes is still around up till lunch time! The kitchen is a little run down but still usable, the sitting area is nice and has a large smart TV with access to all the normal services you may need Its a fair walk from the downtown area (20-30 mins) and then even more so to the harbour but thankfully the Tuk Tuks are easy to get and are a set rate of 50egp wherever you go which is handy.

Nice Location, clean house, 7 minutes to downtown, view is amazing , 2 minutes walking yo the sea , highly recommended for family

Our stay at this house was wonderful! The place was not only nice and clean but also very welcoming. The host was incredibly kind and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the hospitality of the housekeeper, who went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met.
