Relax with the whole family at this cozy lakefront property. Complete with your very own sandy beach, kayaks, hot tub, and multiple outdoor dining and fire pit options, this cottage nestled in the Canadian wilderness is a must-visit!
Whether you're coming during the summer to enjoy swimming in the clear water at Bob's Lake or you're searching for a cozy winter escape, look no further.
Close to the K&P trail system, hiking, snowmobiling, and water sports, adventure and relaxation await!
The space
Welcome to cozy Zo&Co Lakehouse! Complete with three separate bedrooms and a comfy Queen-size pull-out couch in the living room, the main cabin can sleep 6 (though it will be a bit tight!), and in the summer month, enjoy access to the bunkie for an additional $50/night, which sleeps an additional 4 people.
Nestled in the trees on top of a hill, enjoy breathtaking views of pristine Bob's Lake and the surrounding forest. Hold the handrail as you decent the steps to the water, where you can enjoy your morning coffee on the dock, or take a seat on the private sandy beach at the water's edge. You hear that right-- enjoy access to your own private, sandy beach!
In the evening, make some hot chocolate, or pour a glass of wine, and get a roaring fire going at the fire pit. Firewood is provided. Don't forget to bring the marshmallows! Then settle in in front of the TV and pick your favorite movie to Netflix and chill!
Enjoy the beautiful property year-round, even in the winter! Stargaze while enjoying the hot tub (no glass, please!) after a day of snowshoeing or snowmobiling on the famous K&P trail. Please note our dock does close by mid-November.
Working remotely? Zo&Co Lakehouse has reliable wifi and lots of space to set up your workstation. Take your Zoom meeting while enjoying the unobstructed lakefront view! No worries, we also have laundry on site!

The entire property is yours while you stay with us (though the bunkie is only available in the summer months).
Other things to note
We will notify you of any fire bans in the area that coincide with your stay. It is important that fire bans be adhered to for the safety of our guests, our family + our environment.
Please be aware that South Frontenac is home to lots of wildlife, including bears. We've never seen a bear on our property + we'd like to keep it that way! Here's what you can do to help: please clean up any outdoor garbage + keep all food inside the cabin overnight.
Most importantly, please respect our neighbours like you would your own. When you're outside, please keep it quiet between the hours of 9pm to 9am. Of course, if you're outside beyond those hours having a fire, for instance, we simply ask that you keep your music and voice down to a minimum. We SO appreciate your cooperation here.
Please, no night swimming!
