Prime walk-to-everything location in Wellington. You can easily explore the beach, popular restaurants like Drake Devonshire, and local shops in downtown on foot.

Main attractions like Sandbanks beach and provincial park, popular wineries, breweries, distilleries, Wander Nordic Spa, concerts at Base 31, wedding venues like 100 Acre Wood and art galleries are all within a short drive.

• Enjoy movie nights on the 58” Smart TV or set the mood with wireless speakers.

Our home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests across 3 cozy bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms:

• Bedroom 1: One Queen Bed & a Sofa Bed.
• Bedroom 2: One Queen Bed
• Bedroom 3: Two Twin Beds

Kitchen & Dining:
Prepare delicious meals in the newly renovated, fully equipped kitchen. It includes all the essentials, plus a Keurig and pour-over coffee maker to start your day right. We also provide children's cutlery for our younger guests.

Outdoor Oasis:
Step into the large backyard to relax and play. Your private outdoor space includes:

• Patio with string lights and a deck with a BBQ for grilling
• A picnic table for alfresco dining
• Adirondack chairs surrounding a chiminea for evening fires and stargazing
• Outdoor games like volleyball and ladder golf kits are in the sunroom to play and bond together
• A 'sharing' garden with fresh herbs for your use (seasonal)

Family-Friendly features:
We welcome families with kids and furry friends 🐶 and provide the following to make your stay easier:

• Pack ‘n Play travel crib
• High chair and children’s books and toys
• Pet-Friendly: Your furry friends are welcome at an additional fee of $50/stay.
• Flexible Arrival & Departure: We offer early luggage drop-off and/or free parking to make your travel days smoother.
