Welcome to Villa Serena! A cozy 3-bedroom home located in the heart of Panglao Island, a prime location, featuring 3 bedrooms, with two queen beds, a single bed, and a sofa bed perfect for families and groups.
Enjoy the community pool, the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen, and free street parking. Minutes from the Panglao International Airport, Alona Beach, Oceanica Beach, and South Farms.

The space
This spacious home offers comfort and functionality with its fully equipped kitchen and dining, and it’s ideal location. Located inside a 24/7 secured subdivision.

For entertainment, enjoy a Smart TV and Wi-Fi. The sleeping arrangements include 2 queen beds, a single bed, and a sofa bed! The house also has 1 full bathroom. We also provide additional floor mattresses and linens, when accommodating 7-8 guests.

Make the most of your stay by taking a dip at the pool, just a block from the house, around a 2-minute walk. Free street parking is available.

Will someone meet me at the unit?
No need! You can get the keys from the security at the guardhouse upon check-in time. From there, it’s a self-check-in process with clear instructions provided upon booking. If you have questions, feel free to message me here in Airbnb or our local host Emee, her phone number will be provided after booking is confirmed.
