Spacious main-floor suite with 3 bedrooms (3 queen beds), a large living room, dining area, sofa bed, and optional extra queen mattress. Each bedroom has a keypad lock for privacy.
Enjoy a TV with Chromecast, PS4 games, a classical guitar. Conveniently located near Bus 20 to downtown and Bus 49 to UBC. Please note this is an older home with long-term tenants below and occasional music practice before 11 PM. Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 7 AM.

Welcome to our spacious main-floor unit, offering a comfortable and convenient stay! This house features 3 well-appointed bedrooms and a full bathroom. The living room provides ample space for relaxation and entertainment. Enjoy preparing meals in the kitchenette, equipped with essential appliances. A shared laundry room is available for your convenience downstairs.

Please note that check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. We offer free street parking. Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 7 AM; please be mindful of our long-term tenants below. This is an older home, and you may occasionally hear music practice before 11 PM. Pets are allowed; charges may apply.

We love hosting your gatherings! If you're planning a party, please let us know your total guest count. While overnight stays are limited to 9 registered guests, extra visitors are welcome for a small fee of $5 per person. To keep things running smoothly, a $500 party deposit is collected on-site. We kindly ask for your help in managing trash, observing quiet hours after 11 PM, and following our checkout guide.
