CHILDREN SAFETY:
We do not have gates around the stairs, so younger children should always be watched. Please ensure a responsible adult is watching the children outdoors at all time. We are not liable for any accidents during your stay.

GUEST AMENITIES:
Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and soap, are provided in each bathroom.

CAMERA
We want our guests to enjoy their vacation, but please be respectful of our neighbors and keep the outdoor noise to a minimum. we have a security cameras in the front of the house and in the backyard. 1000 fines will be charged for violating NO PARTY rules and noise complaints from the neighbors. The neighbors will call the cops and you will be EVICTED if you do not keep noise down outside after 10PM.

Other things to note
Parking is limited, One car park in front home is allow. You can fit two car in the back driveway. You will need to unlock the back gate. Very easy just pull the lock up and you can open the gate

Linens, Pillows will be in a box in the living room. Extra pillows in the sofa

PETS:
We welcome up to two house trained dogs for an additional $75 per dog. Dogs should be crated inside the home when owners are out.
$1000 FINES will be charged for clean up for non disclosure.
Damage to the property will incur additional charges.

NOISE
To maintain a peaceful atmosphere for our neighbors, we kindly request that noise levels be kept to a minimum after 11pm. Our neighbors have expressed concerns and may involve the authorities if disturbances, such as loud and disruptive behavior, continue during nighttime hours. Please be mindful of these expectations to avoid any potential consequences, including eviction.
