The space
Downstairs you’ll find the first bedroom with a queen bed, a large closet, and “cheater door” access to the main bathroom—so it functions like an ensuite.

The main living space is open-concept and made for gathering, featuring a gorgeous handmade reclaimed-wood farmhouse table with benches that seats up to 8. Settle into the living room with a cold drink and take in the breathtaking views over Rustico Bay.

Upstairs, there are three bedrooms plus a games room. The front king room features a handmade reclaimed-wood king bed, walk-in wardrobe, and stunning bay views. The second front bedroom has two trundle beds, a large closet, and more Rustico Bay views. The third bedroom offers a twin-over-full bunk bed, a large closet, and overlooks the spacious yard.

At the back upstairs, the games room includes a ping pong table, foosball, putting green, board games, a fridge, and views of the backyard.

Guest access
The entire home and 2 acres of yard is yours to relax and enjoy! The crawlspace is locked for child safety.

Other things to note
Beach towels, a beach bag, and a few chairs are provided for easy beach days. You’ll also find lawn games, including washer toss and bocce ball.

Travelling with little ones? A high chair and pack ’n play are available.

The Smart TV lets you sign into Netflix, Prime, Crave, or stream music.

For comfort year-round, heat pumps (A/C + heat) are located in the living room, games room, and one upstairs bedroom. Ceiling fans and two table fans are also available.

Out on the patio, enjoy a glass-top dining table that seats 4, additional outdoor seating, and a BBQ. And don’t miss the double hammock—perfect for soaking in bay views morning, afternoon, or evening.

We are located near to the Oyster Bed Speedway which runs during the summer months. You may hear some noise during practice or race days but this does not go on late and is a great day out to enjoy!

Welcome! I’m Lee and my hubby is Matt. We are from Ireland and moved to Canada in 2017. We lived in Toronto first and moved to PEI in 2019 where we bought our first home on the North Shore.We love travelling and have stayed in many Airbnb's but are new to hosting.
