This home is located in the quaint and artsy community of Wells, 10 minutes from Barkerville, and near some great hiking and canoeing spots (including the Bowron Lake chain).

The space
The core of the house was originally a miner's shack, with the original curved wood ceiling still defining the look of the kitchen.

We are proud to present this recently updated, small house with two bedrooms, a full kitchen, living/dining room and a 3/4 bath, and is perfect for an individual, one family with kids, or two couples.

The property is pet friendly, so feel free to add your dog friends to your guest list.

The kitchen features a stove and oven, an apartment-size fridge/freezer, pots and pans, dinnerware and utensils. Everything you need to cook in during your stay.

The main bedroom is on the ground floor, featuring a double bed and a dresser.

The second bedroom is a cute loft up a tight set of stairs and is unfortunately not well-suited for those with mobility issues, and with an open stairwell in the loft, it is not recommended for toddlers or young children. It has a double bed, and a small reading area.

The living room couch has a pullout bed. Please let me know in advance if you're intending to use this, so I can have linens and bedding prepared.

The 3/4 bath has a small sink, toilet and shower.

The property also features a partly-covered patio, and an open yard.
