Cottage is a spacious, open concept, 4 bdrm, 4 season, 25 min to M Tremblant, on the Maskinonge river. Perfect for family or a group of friends. Come kayak, swim, fish. Relax by 2 outdoor fire pits or on the deck. Amenities: Firestick TV, washer/dryer, dishwasher, oven, keurig and drip coffee maker, dishes, WI-FI, kayaks, BBQ, bedding. Bring your own bath towels and water to drink. Lots of space for you to play outdoor games .

The space
Looking to relax with your family or a few friends? Come enjoy the beautiful scenery our property offers. It is 25 minutes to Mont TRemblant. Large outdoor space for games. Relax by 2 outdoor fire pits, on the dock or on the deck. There is a fireplace in the living room as well. Included in your stay are full bedding, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, detergent, garbage bags, hand and dish soap, paper towels, dishes, baking sheets, BBQ utensils, coffee machine and keurig, ice machine, toaster, blender, cutting boards, kayaks (3). BRING your own BATH TOWELS. BRING YOUR OWN WATER to drink as the water is non-drinkable (river water). There is a water cooler on site for you to bring your own jug.
There is a pickleball court, SAQ and park 2 minutes away.
Previous children have built an outdoor play area along the wooded path down by the water.
To lock the front door, hold the # for 3 seconds while pulling on the door handle. The voice activation will tell you when it is locked.
