The space
Welcome to our listing! The historical value of this building lies in its association with PEI engineer Charles Benjamin Chappel, its Colonial influenced architectural style, and its importance to the local neighbourhood. With 2 fully furnished suites, this Airbnb offers a relaxing stay in downtown Charlottetown.

The 2nd floor is bright, spacious, and modern with 2 Bedrooms and 1 Bathroom accessible via keyless entry.

Living Room: La-Z-Boy sofa, custom made coffee table, soft throws and pillows, modern lighting, and brand new 50 " Sony Smart TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime, & Crave included).

Dining Room: Connects living room to kitchen and includes a Gus* credenza, walnut dining table, colorful Eames chairs, and mid century modern artwork.

Bedroom 1: Queen Bed with plush pillows/linens, side tables and brass features (mirror, coat rack), and a walk in closet.

Bedroom 2: 1 Twin bed, side table, soft linens/pillows, 19th century antique Mark Butcher chair, and local islander art work.

Kitchen: Smeg appliances (kettle, toaster), 1 Keurig coffee maker with coffee pods, LG Dishwasher with pods and Fridge, and small wheel-able island.

Bathroom: GE washer/dryer with Tide pods and a bright and clean shower with shampoo and body wash.

Bedroom 3 (Primary): King bed located on the 3rd floor which has been converted into a beautiful loft with modern accents and accessible via keyless entry. It has modern lighting and another 50" Sony Smart TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime, & Crave included).

Enjoy a coffee at the marble tulip table surrounded by more colorful Eames chairs and mid century modern artwork, or relax on the bench and Hans J. Wegner 'smiling' chair by the stunning Palladian window with views of the local park.

The kitchenette includes more Smeg appliances (kettle, toaster), 1 Keurig coffee maker with coffee pods, LG Fridge, island cart, mugs, dishes, plates, bowls and cutlery.

The washroom has everything you'll need including hairdryer, shower and lots of shampoo and body wash.

Guest access
Guest have full access to the entire 2nd and 3rd floors as well as private balcony on the top floor.

Other things to note
There are emergency fire escapes in the back of the home from both floors to the backyard. These should only be used for emergencies and not the primary means of entering and exiting the building.

This Airbnb is not suitable for children under 10

There are 3 working doorbells and the red one corresponds to the 3rd floor Loft while the blue one corresponds to the 2nd floor suite.

*Please note it can be bright in the loft during mornings (no curtains on the Palladian window) however eye masks will be provided*

I loved city living but post pandemic, my priorities changed - no one can put a price tag on plenty of space or fresh air!
