This home features three thoughtfully designed bedrooms to ensure comfort and privacy for every guest. All rooms include blackout curtains, clean linens, extra pillows and blankets.
The primary bedroom (3rd floor) features a queen bed, smart TV, ceiling fan, two dressers, a clothes hanging rack and a private full bathroom located just down the hall. On the second floor, the blue and white bedroom also has a queen bed, plus an adjustable sit/stand desk, perfect for remote work. The third bedroom includes a day bed with trundle (two twin mattresses) that can be arranged separately or side by side as a larger bed. It also houses a fold-out single foam mattress and a double-high queen air mattress with an auto-inflate pump, ideal for additional guests if needed (please let us know in advance so linens can be prepared). Additionally, this room includes its own dedicated workstation.

Two full-sized bathrooms, each stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Both bathrooms feature a shower and tub combo with high-pressure shower heads, along with fresh bath, hand, and face towels. You’ll also find essential toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, Q-tips, makeup pads, and a hair dryer for your convenience.

Step inside to a bright, open-concept area featuring a large sofa that comfortably seats 6 or more guests and conveniently pulls out for cozy movie nights in front of a 65” Smart TV and a welcoming electric fireplace. Enjoy quality time with family and friends using the selection of board games and card games provided. Just steps away, the spacious dining table seats 6 (with 2 more in the kitchen) and sets the stage for memorable meals, game nights, or planning your next adventure.

Enjoy the convenience of a recently renovated, fully stocked kitchen designed to make meal prep effortless. Whether you're whipping up a quick breakfast or a gourmet dinner, you'll find every appliance you need, including a stove/oven, dishwasher, and a fridge/freezer with a water and ice dispenser. Coffee lovers can choose between a Keurig coffee machine or a drip machine, while cooking enthusiasts can utilize the Instant Pot, Ninja Air Fryer/Grill, and Ninja Blender. The kitchen is complete with all the drinkware, cutlery, pots, and pans you could ask for, plus essential extras like cooking oils, salt/pepper, and storage containers to ensure a seamless and enjoyable cooking experience.
✨ Backyard ✨
The backyard is the only shared space on the property, as it includes the separate entrance to the basement apartment. You may occasionally see our tenant passing through the yard to access their unit (nothing to worry about!). Guests are welcome to enjoy the brand new 3-burner Napoleon BBQ. We just ask you turn off the propane tank once not in use.

Other things to note
We have 2 security cameras outside the home - one on the front door doorbell, and one above the back patio door. Both cameras are motion-detected recording for security purposes.
We have a high-noise detection device in the living room intended to prevent house parties and general disturbance for our neighbours and downstairs tenant. It does NOT record audio.
Staying longer than 28 days?
Please note that we require monthly cleanings by our team to maintain the quality and cleanliness of our home for guests. Cleanings are $160/cleaning, in addition to the standard check-out cleaning fee, and will be charged prior to your arrival in a separate fee request.
