Owned by friends from Toronto, this space offers a taste of our second home in our first—bringing Toronto vibes to the heart of Manila. Unwind in our spacious fully furnished 1BR condo with a balcony overlooking the iconic SM Mall of Asia. Inspired by the vibrant energy of Toronto, this 32 sqm urban retreat is perfect for staycations, business trips, and weekend getaways. Enjoy comfort, convenience, and a prime location in the heart of the MOA Complex.

Free: First 15 mins
₱50: First 4 hours
₱50/hour: After 4 hours

Motorcycles:
₱10: Up to 15 mins
₱50: Flat rate (6:00 AM–1:30 AM)

Overnight (1:30 AM - 6:00AM): ₱300 + rates
Lost ticket fee: ₱200 + rates

Guest access
- Registration with security required at Shore 3 Tower 4 upon arrival
- Smart lock code provided before check-in
- Pool access available for an extra fee: ₱150/person | ₱300/person (holidays)
- Advance request required for pool use – subject to availability

- Clean as you go – use trash chute located on the same floor
- No smoking or vaping
- No pets allowed (we love pets, but unfortunately, the building does not permit them)
- Don’t wipe makeup/lipstick on towels
- Keep the door locked at all times
- Respect quiet hours after 11:00 PM
- Treat the space like your own
