Guest access
Guests will have access to everything on the property, excluding the utility closet and the garage.
However, we are confident there is more than enough space, storage, and activities to enjoy during your stay, including:
• Free Wifi & Netflix.
• Full Kitchen: pots, pans, plates, bowls, cups, utensils, coffee maker & pods (Keurig), microwave, oven/stove, fridge/freezer, sink, dishwasher, water cooler, etc., including cleaning supplies.
• Linens & Towels – bedding, pillows, towels, cloths, etc.
• Toiletries – toilet paper, paper towel, cleaning supplies, etc., (just bring your own toothbrush & toothpaste)
• Shower Gel – shampoo, conditioner and body wash
• TVs
• Central Sound System - We want to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone in the neighbourhood. Kindly adhere to local noise bylaws, especially during quiet hours. Please keep in mind that our neighbours live here all year long and you are only here for a short stay
• Heat Pumps – To keep you either warm, or cool
• Washer & Dryer
• 2.5 Baths
• Large driveway
• Covered porch
• Hot Tub (seats 6)
• Pets – For the safety of all residents and neighbours, and in order to keep our surroundings clean, we kindly ask that you leash your dog when leaving the premises. Please remember to clean up after pets.
• Road Safety - Please be mindful of the private road speed limit of 25 km/hr for the safety and enjoyment of everyone in the community. Your cooperation in maintaining a safe environment is greatly appreciated
• Groceries & Convenience Stores – Both Windsor and Sackville are about the same distance away (~20-25 minutes), but there is a local convenience store and farmer’s market nearby (12-14 minutes)
• Lake Front
• Campfires – There is a fire pit in the backyard for fires when it is safe to do so. (Before starting a fire, please be sure to check the burn restrictions to make sure it is safe: novascotia(.)ca/burnsafe (We are in East Hants)
Please note patio furniture is seasonal.
