The space
Our unit is in the WATERFRONT BUILDING of the resort, which has a total of 4 buildings. It enjoys a PANORAMIC VIEW of the ocean and mountains.

The 3.5 waterfront resort property is 20 minutes from Nanaimo and 90 minutes from Victoria. It is very secluded and accessible only by a quiet and picturesque country road. Yet, it is centrally located at the middle of the calm east coast of Vancouver Island.

Our spacious 1400 sq. ft. waterfront unit has the best panoramic view in the complex and is located in the much sought after OCEANFRONT

Our unit has 2 levels. The lower level is a huge entry deck entering an entry foyer, leading to a bedroom with its private bathroom and an ocean-facing private deck.

The upper level is spacious with a 13-feet high ceiling. This floor has a living room, with floor-to-ceiling windows opening out to a huge ocean-facing deck, a bathroom, a dining room with ocean view and a skylight above, separated from the kitchen by a granite-top bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, complete cooking utensils, dishes, glasses, spice rack, and everything else you need to make it a home to stay for a few days or a few months. It also has a deck overlooking a garden at the rear with tall evergreen trees. The master bedroom also looks out to the landscaped garden.

The resort has its own private dock for boating, fishing, crabbing, and jumping into the calm water to swim. It has an waterfront seasonal pool, year-round hot tub, tennis court, children playground, barbeque area, and a coin-op laundry.

We are retired professionals. My husband Kingsley was an Architect and I was his Office Administrator . Many years ago, we rented a condo in this resort for a few summers and fell in love with it. So, we begged someone to sell us this unit. We have totally renovated it to our taste, including artworks with waterfront theme. We welcome guests to share our passion and enjoyment of this place, and treat it like their own home-away-from-home .
