This 3 bedroom newly built contemporary home is designed for lakeside living, enjoyment, relaxation & entertaining. The space accommodates up to 10 guests & offers a lifestyle to be experienced. Your getaway includes exclusive access to a private beach, dock, & marina. The waterfront is only a 5 minute walk from the house. Enjoy swimming, tubing & boating activities with family & friends.

I look forward to hosting you at the Lakeshore Vacation Getaway, just a short five minute walk away from the private water front, exclusive to guests and residents of the North Shore Estates. This ideal waterfront space includes a private beach with picnic tables and restrooms. The Kaatza Marina features a private dock and boat slips. The Marina also offers paddle boats, canoe, and kayak rentals.
There is a walking trail at the front of the house that leads up to the highway, making this home walking distance to the Lake Town Amphitheater where Sunfest and other concerns take place.
This family friendly getaway can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests.

This beautiful contemporary lake home has large windows that fill the space with natural light and warmth. The house is professionally styled with modern furniture and decor inspired by the warm rich colours of the natural surroundings.
The home boasts an open concept layout that's perfect for gathering with friends and family. The kitchen, living room, and dining room flow seamlessly together making the space the perfect place to spend time together and create new memories.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped to cook and share meals together. The kitchen features standard size appliances including a microwave, Air Fryer, and dishwasher. The dining room offers a designated eating area with additional seating at the kitchen island. These spaces can also double as as a work space for any guest working mobile.
NOTE: The coffee machine is a Keurig 12 cup carafe brew; complimentary ground coffee provided.
The outdoor patio and BBQ are located just off the dining room, creating an indoor - outdoor living space.
The living room features a modern sectional couch that will seat all 10 guests! Enjoy a fun filled evening in the living room, watching a movie and enjoying the ambience of the fire place.
The master bedroom is fitted with a king bed and has a private ensuite bathroom that features heated floors and a glass enclosed shower. The two additional bedrooms are both fitted with queen beds and share the full bathroom located in the hallway. This bathroom includes a tub/shower combo. The beds are dressed in quality sheets and linens. All bedrooms have ample closet and storage space.
The upstairs recreational room also doubles as a family room and features a large oversized couch, Smart TV, pool table and a built in bar to set up refreshments and snacks. The couch is a queen pull out bed and sleeps 2 people. The third bathroom is located on this floor.
Guests are welcome to use the washer/dryer and complimentary laundry detergent during their stay.

Guests are welcome to bring their bicycles, paddle boards, paddle boat(s) kayaks(s) canoe(s), fishing rods, and enjoy other water activities such as tubing and water skiing.
Boats can be launched at the Marina or boat ramp next to the Weir Tower. Tubing on Cowichan Lake is a popular summer time activity, tubes can be rented at Tube Shack in the village. In the village you will find pubs, restaurants, a bakery, grocery store, hardware store, pharmacy, post office, coffee shops, liquor store, and artisan boutiques.
Guest access
Guests will use a keyless entry system for self check-in and check-out.
On the day of arrival, guests will receive a custom door code.
There is designated guest parking in the driveway or on the gravel patch at the front of the house. There is parking for 4 vehicles maximum. No parking on the street or in front of the neighbour's houses.
Other things to note
The house is a brand new build.
Guests are welcome to bring their boat and moor it at the Marina for an addition cost. Please contact us to inquire about the details and the price.
