The space
As you step through the front door, you'll find yourself in an open-concept area that seamlessly blends the entryway, living room, kitchen, and dining room. To the right, you'll discover the inviting master bedroom complete with its own ensuite bathroom. A convenient door from the ensuite leads directly to the pool area, allowing for easy access to a refreshing swim. On the left side of the home, you'll find the two additional bedrooms and a second bathroom.

From the dining room, a patio door beckons you to the lanai and pool area, creating a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living spaces for you to enjoy during your stay at Sunshine Villa in Cape Coral.
