Welcome to Sunnyside Retreat! This luxurious 5 bedroom home extends over two separate living spaces, making it ideal for two families to share. Enjoy gorgeous views of the Sou'West River from the property's various balconies or soak in the scenery from the sunken hot tub.
Crib, baby gates, high chair, baby bouncer, games/toys, children's cutlery and serveware on site.

The space
As a guest, you have exclusive access to the entire property, including the vacant lots in front (down to the road), behind (to the tree line) and the vacant lot to the east (to the tree line).
Access to the water/beach is just beyond the edge of our property. You will see an area to the right of the blue cottage in front of us where the grass changes colour and it is more downtrodden. This is our deeded access to the beach.
Inside the house, you are welcome to use everything except for the locked areas in the crawlspace underneath the house and the locked closet in the garage
